Best homemade durum on Zealand and maybe all of Denmark.... Depending on the book I asked for cheese and garlic in it, this was complied with with a kiss. Fresh mozzarella and freshly pressed garlic on flatbread, 2-3 minutes into the oven and then mix chicken/kebab which WAS NOT COMPLETELY MIXED.. taken from each bowl and put kebab in the bottom and chicken in the end. Very, very well-made piece of food.... In addition, there are fresh red onions in their durum which is the absolutely correct way to make a roll of kebab! 💪🏼😎 Art art art I just say. People who say anything but positive about the food front are culinary illiterates who don't know what is right and wrong.... This is the place where you want to drive the 45 minutes for a proper durum roll
