01/02/2025: Nice and tasty food,,, Super service....will definitely come again......

02/01/2025: The first steak sandwich test tasting of the year is about to begin and here in the year 2025 it will be Restaurant Indelukket in Silkeborg that gets the pleasure from me. Arrived at the restaurant at 11.50 and was immediately shown to our table and when we knew what we wanted we ordered straight away. The food was served at exactly 12.15 at our table and the first thought is Wow, it looks delicious and appetizing, the animal glistens nicely on the white plate and next to it is a little green. The bun is a delicious airy sesame bun which is lovely mushy and tastes great as it is toasted perfectly, I would think it is either a baker's bun or home-baked. The steak is quite a monster, I think there are 250 grams and the steak is PERFECTLY fried with a nice crispy crust on the outside and nice pink in the middle. It tastes really good. On top of steak sandwiches we find lovely and crispy home-made roasted onions and they are perfect because they are crispy and tasty without being overcooked. Inside this divine food you will find some raw red onion, delicious sweet soft onions which are wonderful, homemade beetroot and pickled cucumbers are cut into fine pieces and taste really nice, there is a pickling that hits right in the butt. THANKS. There is just a hint of homemade remoulade and ketchup which is really nice and in a perfectly balanced amount so it doesn't overpower. They have chosen to spread the buns in a horseradish cream that has just a little taste of Dijon, it tastes really wonderful and especially when you also get a bit of the fresh capers in your mouth. Well that's good. The brown sauce is warm and tastes really good, it is clear that it has been flavored in the kitchen, the only complaint about the sauce is that there is too little of it. Restaurant Indelukket has run a New Year's cure price of DKK during our visit. 125.- for this glory including a huge portion of the tastiest fries with homemade béarnaise sauce which also tasted fantastic and a large draft beer. Insane, it's a world-class steak sandwich and if you can maintain this level throughout the year, it's clearly a competitor to Panorama, the vukellen and all the other good places. This is really in surprise you can be proud of your craftsmanship and should have it permanently on your menu because it is a tasty monster where everything is homemade with love. We will also be happy to come again when this glory comes at normal prices.
