Fantastic experience at Restaurant Under Klippen We were on a getaway from Copenhagen and had booked a gourmet stay through Hotel City, which also made sure to reserve a table for us at Restaurant Under Klippen. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and smiling welcome from the two sweet waiters, who presented both snacks and the four courses with great knowledge and enthusiasm throughout the evening. Both the menu, the wine menu and the service were perfect – the flavors were coordinated, the wines matched the dishes perfectly, and the service was present without being intrusive. A wonderful evening from start to finish, which we can only give our warmest recommendations.

Under Klippen is a great restaurant. Delicious food and wines. We chose their 3 course menu with accompanying wine menu and were definitely not disappointed.

We had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Under Klippen in Holstebro for my girlfriend's birthday.  Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the sweet waiter, Jasmin, who had arranged for both flags and candles on the table to mark the day. We chose the menu with 5 servings + 3 delicious snacks for 700kr per person, and it was worth every penny! The food was in a class of its own; each dish was well-composed and flavorful, and it was clear that chefs Mikkel Dalsgaard and Oliver Louie are not only skilled, but also passionate about their craft. Overall, it was a thoroughly phenomenal experience that deserves all five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was our first visit to Restaurant Under Klippen, BUT certainly not the last! Thank you for a great experience! 🙏

Desværre ikke samme høje niveau som det plejer. Der var et hår i maden, rod med servering af vin og samme service på servering ikke som sidste. Stedet er ikke dårlig og kan anbefales, denne gang var oplevelse bare ikke på samme høje niveau som ellers

En udsøgt oplevelse, med mad og vin topklasse. Betjening matchede ligeledes, og vi følte os hele tiden taget godt om i løbet af aftenen. Lige fra ankomst føler man en jordnær og personlig betjening. Vin parring passede perfekt til taffel, og tidsrum mellem serveringer passede perfekt med man ikke skulle hverken forhaste sig eller sidde og vente. Vil et klart komme igen.
