Under Klippen Holstebro

Then we were again at Under Klippen to taste the Christmas menu. And we were not disappointed. Again Ismail had created a delicious menu with an accompanying wine menu. Lovely service from sweet girls and a good atmosphere.

Went to a wine tasting with Vild med vin and it was a really wonderful evening with delicious food and good wines🍷❤️

A unique evening of first-class food, a few small mistakes that were immediately corrected, probably due to a larger party at the same time as our visit. Beautifully prepared food, and superb wine to go with it.

Fantastic experience at Restaurant Under Klippen We were on a getaway from Copenhagen and had booked a gourmet stay through Hotel City, which also made sure to reserve a table for us at Restaurant Under Klippen. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and smiling welcome from the two sweet waiters, who presented both snacks and the four courses with great knowledge and enthusiasm throughout the evening. Both the menu, the wine menu and the service were perfect – the flavors were coordinated, the wines matched the dishes perfectly, and the service was present without being intrusive. A wonderful evening from start to finish, which we can only give our warmest recommendations.

Meget smukt sted med en afslappende og komfortabel atmosfære. Akustikken i restauranten var meget behagelig, så vi kunne tale stille og roligt sammen (2 pers). Maden var både spændende og velsmagende. Og service var ekstraordinær. Vi blev mødt af et smilende personale, som var gode til at spørge os ind til vores behov og værdsætte dén feedback, vi kom med. Inden vi ankom gav jeg besked om, at jeg er pescetar med overfølsomhed for løg. Og desværre har jeg en fornemmelse af, at tallerknerne blev byttet rundt ved vores bord. For jeg endte med at få mavekramper efter middagen på vej hjem. Jeg er overbevist om, at vores primære tjener kendte forskellen på tallerknerne. Men til nogle af serveringerne, blev maden overbragt af en anden. Og hun har måske ikke fået besked om overfølsomheden eller taget fejl af tallerknerne. Uanset kunne vi godt forestille os at komme igen.

We had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Under Klippen in Holstebro for my girlfriend's birthday.  Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the sweet waiter, Jasmin, who had arranged for both flags and candles on the table to mark the day. We chose the menu with 5 servings + 3 delicious snacks for 700kr per person, and it was worth every penny! The food was in a class of its own; each dish was well-composed and flavorful, and it was clear that chefs Mikkel Dalsgaard and Oliver Louie are not only skilled, but also passionate about their craft. Overall, it was a thoroughly phenomenal experience that deserves all five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was our first visit to Restaurant Under Klippen, BUT certainly not the last! Thank you for a great experience! 🙏
