Under Klippen Holstebro

We had a business event at Under Klippen and asked them to stay open exceptionally on a closed day. They said yes — and even though we were the only guests, it never felt like an “extra” task for them. The service was absolutely top-notch. It’s hard to put into words how well it all came together: attentive without being intrusive, professional and warm at the same time. I’ve rarely experienced anything like it, and within the business segment, it’s exactly the standard you hope for. The food was in the same class: delicious, exquisite and without anything to put a finger on. Everything from the plate to the experience was connected. We’ll be back — both privately and for business. Highly recommended.
