Been here for Christmas lunch and must say there was enough food. The quality and taste of the food was excellent - in fact very good for some of the dishes, but there were still "foot faults" which I was disappointed by because I had heard so much good before. In addition, perhaps a personal preference, but tartlets for Christmas must without discussion have homemade filling, i.e. good quality of chicken and asparagus... here small pieces of boring diced ham were used. Last but not least, the rice salamander was not very good, as you would expect from a good quality restaurant...

Cozy informal eatery in the center of Silkeborg. Varied menu with absolutely reasonable prices.

We tried the House of Commons recently, but unfortunately it didn't quite live up to our expectations. The food was okay, but nothing special, and we missed a little more taste and creativity in the dishes. The atmosphere was nice enough, but overall we didn't feel it was worth the money. Maybe we just had an unlucky night, but it probably won't be somewhere we rush back to.

Fui aquí a cenar tarde. Bonito interior y las mesas estaban muy bien dispuestas. La acústica fue un poco rotunda como lo es en un sótano - nivel. Me sirvieron mi bebida exactamente como se pidió y la comida llegó rápidamente. La comida era muy agradable y tuvimos la opción de conseguir más lados para nuestra carne si queríamos. Vale la pena visitarlo.

Nice smørrebrød, nicely large portions, friendly service. authentic atmosphere.

Nice place and good food, albeit on the expensive side. I think I paid around DKK 230 for Moules frites. It's just over the top. Of these, DKK 45 was for fries as a side dish. A portion that probably numbered around 15, maybe 20 fritters + some small pieces. So a very small, and too small, portion.

Really good food at reasonable prices
