After a trip around various hotels in Jutland, I must praise Vejlsøhus for their beds and bedding. Really high level of information which means that I didn't lack anything when we arrived on Sunday afternoon for full self-service. Finally a breakfast buffet in lovely surroundings with quality products.

09/09/2026: It's okay for a quick snack. But it doesn't exactly look inviting. The taste was good, but the dough was still too soft and could have baked it a little longer.

07/03/2026: Unfortunately, the owners did not want to continue the concept and they are closing in May. The place is cozy, relaxed and you can get a latte or similar at fair prices. The staff is always smiling and service-minded and they do not need artificially inflated coffee prices of 55kr to give you a cheeky remark. The place deserves to continue running
