After a trip around various hotels in Jutland, I must praise Vejlsøhus for their beds and bedding. Really high level of information which means that I didn't lack anything when we arrived on Sunday afternoon for full self-service. Finally a breakfast buffet in lovely surroundings with quality products.

King Buffet

22/07/2026: Overall the food was good, their homemade spring rolls were a bit dry. The staff was very friendly, however it took some time before the used plates were collected and there were also missing knives at the buffet. It was difficult to talk at the table due to the noise in the restaurant.
22/07/2026: Really nice restaurant, incredibly delicious buffet. Love the fish and mussels in the Mongolian selection. Sushi was also fantastic and a large selection. However, their soft ice was watery and the strawberries tasted too synthetic.

17/12/2025: The best thing to happen to Silkeborg.
14/12/2025: We visited from Aarhus and had such a nice time at this coffee place. The bread was good, the cookie was excellent and the view to the lake just made it extra cozy and special. Would definitely come back ☺️
