Viking Gourmet Burger Roskilde

Fantastic burger. Good steak, good greens, good cheese, good bacon, good bun and good pickles. The steak in particular was good, juicy and had a nice taste. However, their fries were some of the driest and most boring potato dishes we've ever tried. The chili mayonnaise was simply the most embarrassing time thickened with vinegar. It must be said, however, that it has potential, if only the acidity could be controlled. The garlic mayo was in the same category, nothing to shout hooray for. The only dip that had anything going for it was their herb remoulade, it was good. You get a lot of food. Unfortunately, most of it is a huge time of fries that you want to throw out anyway. If it had been possible to order the burger without fries, it would have gotten a 4/5. The food was ordered on Wolt, so we have to assume that the service was tip-top, at least that was the case with the supplier who delivered the food.

Excellent burger from a cozy little place close to the pedestrian zone. The menu is clear and the enthusiasm is friendly.
