26/04/2025: Yesterday we had the pleasure of enjoying an unforgettable dinner at B-spis in Næstved. We chose their seven-course menu with accompanying wine menu, and the experience was nothing short of sublime. Each serving was a feast for both eyes and taste buds – the colors on the plates were like small works of art, and the combination of taste and texture was a real delight. It has been a long time since I have enjoyed a meal where both food and wine were so perfectly matched and balanced. Both the kitchen, the service and their skilled sommelier delivered an experience at the very highest level. It was clear that they work here with great passion, precision and love for the profession. All in all, a fantastic evening that we will remember for a long time.
