I must honestly admit that this is probably the best service I have witnessed in Slagelse. Incredibly nice, top service and professionalism at a high level. And fantastic latte to go with double shot

Best Cafe experience I've had in a long time! Service and management were good and smiling. The food tasted as it should. I have not experienced any problems at Vivaldi Slagelse, with the several times I have been there.

It is a cozy place and friendly staff. Brunch ok, there are better ones. But it's unfortunately cold in the room, so I won't be there again until the summer.

12/08/2025: Noticed a few spiders and cobwebs by the entrance and common areas, when I went into my room at night I found a big spider on the wall and spider egg sacks by the bathroom vent. Catching the first transport away in the morning. Edit: I'm changing it to 3 starts because, even though I had to leave, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.
