Zaatar Aarhus

I’ve had malawach plenty of times, but never as a wrap like this. It works so well. The dough stays warm and flaky, and the fillings sit right in that sweet spot between comforting and fresh. The sauces really bring it together. The zaatar fries were the surprise highlight. Crisp, salty, and packed with flavor. Dipping them in hummus felt a little wrong at first, then instantly right. I’d come back just for that combo. Such a fun take on a dish I thought I already knew. Tasty across the board.

We had falafel and hummus here and I felt it’s really authentic and had a unique flavour to it. Just melted in mouth. Highly recommended if you swing by Aarhus street food and the person behind the counter is also highly energetic and friendly.

I really enjoyed the falafel wrap with hummous and sweet potato fries. It was really tasty and a relatively healthy option compared to some of the other nearby eateries. Price was reasonable and service was friendly and efficient.
