20/06/2026: We thought the selection was super nice, but the sushi was a bit dry as if it had been on the conveyor belt for too long. It was a hot day, and the cooling on the lower conveyor belt struggled to cool it sufficiently. Sweet and very competent service.

18/06/2026: I have been here twice and both times the experience was very good. We did the running sushi and it was amazing both times. The staff even said we could suggest what we wanted to have!

12/07/2026: I have never tasted worse food in my life. Their kimchi and seaweed salad tasted completely off and strange, it was downright inedible. Their dumplings were excellent, their noodles with chicken for 148 kr were the worst I have ever tasted. We were so disappointed and ate in less than 30 minutes, we left 90% of our food. Their prices are in no way related to the quality. I have never been more disappointed with a food experience. Stay far away.

12/07/2026: Delicious food, it was my husband's first time eating sushi, and it was a really good experience, I can recommend Ichiban Sushi.

24/10/2026: The wait is WAY too long! The food is not served at the same time, and it can take up to an hour from when you order until the food arrives. There is also no soda in the cola. The food actually tastes good enough, but it ruins the experience when you have to wait so long. We almost thought that our order had not gone through because we still hadn't received our food after an hour. So we ordered the same thing again, and suddenly they brought three of the same dishes that we had already ordered an hour earlier. Really bad service and way too long a wait!

10/10/2026: We are greeted when we enter by a seemingly nice young girl who asks if we have booked a table, we of course answer yes and the name it was booked under, to which we are told that we can find ourselves a free table, (you don't do that in a restaurant) the staff generally have a sloppy attitude, one is walking around and openly chewing gum, another walks around with a backwards cap, call me old-fashioned but you don't wear a cap in a restaurant AND NOT AT ALL THE STAFF WHO ARE MOVING IN THE RESTAURANT, the restaurant was packed, the tables were extremely close together, the noise level was so that you couldn't talk quietly together, the wait for the food was like a city in Russia, when we were supposed to move on we couldn't finish eating when the food finally came. The food itself was ok with a good taste but no better than other places in the city despite the fact that it is actually more expensive than most other sushi places, the toilets there have seen public toilets that are significantly cleaner and less worn. Unfortunately we won't be going there again, we would have otherwise been looking forward to a nice child-free evening
