04/10/2025: VACA has really improved since I last tried it a couple of years ago. The prices are extremely fair for large burritos with lots of flavor. Nice that they have gotten a handle on not letting too much water run out of them.
Can definitely be recommended to anyone who wants a good unique (for Aalborg) meal, especially with the attractive lunch specials they offer.
A few more options to adjust the content, e.g. removing an ingredient or adding one more, maybe something spicy, would be the icing on the cake.

06/02/2025: Me han sacado de Vaca un par de veces, y su tazón de burrito vegetariano me hace volver. Lo único malo es que me dieron chile mayo cuando pedí queso una vez.
