09/07/2026: One must distinguish between the two: 1. The roastery itself: excellent coffee (and I'm a tea drinker and only an occasional coffee drinker). I enjoyed even their regular house blend because of its mildness. But the Monsooned Malabar is amazing! I bought some and drank it today with a friend, who also loved it (a coffee drinker). It's wonderfully mild and smooth, extremely pleasant! The staff at the roastery were very friendly, attentive, and helpful (they ground the beans for me and resealed the bag). Hence, 5 stars for service. They also sell various sweet (chocolate) and savory (sauces, etc.) items, and you can watch the small roastery in action. 2. The café across the street: it was good; they have a small menu in three languages. Otherwise, the café is quite basic in my opinion. The smørrebrød (e.g., with shrimp) are too unimaginative for me (even with a generous dollop of caviar on top, hence 3 stars). No salad underneath, etc. We've seen it presented more attractively. There are various cakes in the refrigerated display case. They didn't appeal to us, especially since the atmosphere was more reminiscent of a cafeteria (the 4 stars for ambiance refer to the coffee roastery). It's not a place you'd want to linger in. Locals, however, seem to frequent. One of the two women was friendly and accommodating, the older one less so.

10/07/2026: Really good atmosphere and polite staff. The food is very average leaning towards the boring side. The carbonara was way too fatty, but good that they use good quality bacon. The burger is very dry, maybe they use too lean meat, but fried as it should be. The fries are super delicious and they could be much better with small adjustments 🤷‍♂️

05/07/2026: The food was exceptionally good. Fast service, great atmosphere. Parking is available in the adjacent large parking lot. Don't forget your parking disc. 3 hours are free. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

29/03/2026: Excellent. Rather small, but very delicious dishes, a true delight for the palate. Fine dining, accompanied by plenty of incredibly tasty sourdough bread with special homemade herb butter and automatically drizzled green olive oil... Art on a plate. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. We will gladly return.

09/06/2026: Really good experience, staff welcomed. I arrived in a wheelchair, and slides were put in so I could get into the right room. Really good service from the staff. And the view of the lake. The food was served and the meat was a great treat, hot and all well cooked.

26/06/2026: Cute little restaurant, also with a small terrace. Top-quality, fresh, and very tasty food. Huge schnitzel… and incredibly fresh fried fish with fantastic potato salad. A fresh salad to start. Unfortunately, I only got there on the last day.

27/05/2026: We have eaten here a few times now and everything has been top notch every time. But today they made a mistake and without asking what kind of pizza I should have had they asked what kind of pizza I should have had so they could make it right away, we said no need, we asked if we could have a little more dip for our prom fries instead and we got that and they also brought a free soda even though it wasn't necessary. I have always learned to judge a place by how they treat a customer when they make a mistake and here it was top notch. This is our favorite place to eat when we are in Holstebro and they will continue to be as long as these good employees and service and good pizzas are there. Thank you so much for the food ❤️

10/03/2026: Was in Holstebro for work and am quite annoyed that I stumbled upon this star as the last thing during my stay. The most delicious durum roll enjoyed with the coolest view of the river. Definitely something I will long for. The warmest recommendations from here.

17/07/2026: The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and communication via email was seamless. The service was also excellent! The restaurant is right across from the city hall, so you can celebrate your wedding here. Highly recommended!

08/04/2026: The gas stations are excellent and the service is both fast and convenient. The employees are friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. In addition, they open early, which is a great advantage and makes it easy for people to get their needs taken care of from the morning.

18/10/2025: "Great snack bar" doesn't really describe it. Even seemingly simple dishes are exceptionally delicious here. The staff has been more than just friendly on each of our visits.
