Unfortunately, the last visit was not my best experience at Bistroteket. My Ribeye, which came with Bearnaise sauce, was served with a nice brown sauce, which was very nicely prepared at the table, but with the result that the Ribeye meat taste was lost and the Bearnaise sauce was no longer necessary. I'm just saying OB, because it was done with the best intentions. I would like to keep my meat and sights dose my Bearnaise sauce in the right amounts without also having another sauce on my steak at the same time.
Otherwise, the food for my 2 companions was absolutely fine!

13/03/2025: I have had sandwiches and especially the one with black-footed ham, which I really loved. Today I had the salad for the first time and certainly not the last time. Deliciously delicious bla ding and extremely filling. I couldn't eat more than maybe 1/3 of the small one. Best guidance and information

We had chicken and cheese burger menus (both are halal), and they were very good, warm and tasteful, the service was excellent, it took only 10 minutes to have the food on the table. Many seating options. It was not crowded when we were there. The food portion was also very good.

11/05/2025: We visited Esja Bistro in Hobro yesterday, it is a bistro after all, so yes the atmosphere is Bistro, minimal decoration and coziness in the room. The sweetest waiter made up for it, she took good care of us and asked along the way if everything was ok. That was definitely it, I had the Northern Lights-Vore's shooting star made on a waffle. The taste was fresh and really good. I also tasted a bite of Steikarloka Hot Smoked Salmon and hold up a delicious salmon.
The Baldur bacon burger, Esja's fish burger and Fish & Chips were said to be delicious meat/fish and everything tasted fresh and good.
Their tartar sauce was highly praised.
Our best recommendations for Esja.
We would love to eat with them again!

10/05/2025: I often order food from Pizza Hjørnet, and it is always a good experience. The pizzas are crispy and taste really good, you can tell that fresh ingredients are used. The menu has something for every taste, and both pizza, durum and salads are worth trying.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is ready on time every time. It's just a place you want to come back to.
11/04/2025: Good pizza, roll kebab. Delicious service, even got a 1.5l coke for free.
