12/12/2024: It's probably the worst meal I've had at Bolværket! I didn't get pizza. I got duck. It was dry and the potatoes as a side dish were really boring. After that I got cheese! It's the worst cheese board I've had in years. The staff informed me that the cheese did not come from Super Brugsen -
But I doubt that. Staff also stated that in addition to the pizza bakers, there were 2 chefs in the kitchen - God knows what they are doing. Next time I frequent this restaurant it will be pizza. Now I know why 99% of guests eat pizza!
