02/02/2025: This is our usual Pizza spot but unfortunately today found a small hard piece of plastic/glass in the pizza dough. Lucky not to break a tooth. A bit scared to try again. Please do better.

Disappointing experience - stay away!
I ordered a salad pizza, a soda and a tray of fries for delivery via Wolt, but since the pizzeria handles the delivery itself, the order could not be tracked. I pre-ordered at 16 with delivery at 18:25, but it was a complete disaster!
My order kept getting delayed and I called the pizzeria to find out what was going on. The first time I was told that the food had just been taken out for delivery – nice enough, I thought. But when I still hadn't received my food, I called again, and this time it was said that the food would only be made in approx. 20 minutes. How can it already be on its way like they said before?!
I waited further. After waiting for 1 hour and 36 minutes, I contacted Wolt who also tried to help. They called the pizzeria, which again claimed the food was on its way. I waited another 20 minutes – now I had been waiting for almost 2 hours! When I called back a third time, the man on the phone suddenly claimed he didn't have an order for me at all. He was flabby and offered no new food, refund or apology.
I ended up ordering from another pizzaria which delivered my food in 15 minutes. Thanks to Fiorentina 3 Pizza for saving the night!
But Pizza Palace - shame on you! Bad customer service, lies and waste of time. This was my first and last order from you.

06/08/2023: Ordered my food at 00:41, and only received it at a little after 3 o'clock. The valet wouldn't have given me and my friend our sodas if I hadn't run after the car just before he drove on and got my sodas.
DKK 319 for two very boring burger menus and some ok (but cold) fries.
The only draw is the possibility of delivery so late.
27/07/2023: It's truly the cheesiest thing I've ever tasted and seen. Ordered a pita bread with kebab. I got myself some rotten kebab and Brandt kebab, honestly it felt like stone. And worst of all, my third bite of this sticky pita bread, I just found some hair in it. It's also lovely, throw it out immediately. Waste of money went in 3 bites

13/09/2024: I think it was one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten at. They called it a kebab, but it didn’t look like a kebab at all. The bread was really thick and rolled up. Inside, there was almost nothing. Plus, it was so overbaked that it felt more like eating chips. The wait time for this "masterpiece" was 15 minutes.

23/04/2024: One of the best pizzas I've ever had so far. It was freshly prepared and soo delicious. Totally worth every penny spent. Must go if you're in Copenhagen next.
16/03/2024: Vi blev taget godt imod og kunne sidde og spise vores mad i pizzariet. Min pizza var helt perfekt, hverken alt for tynd eller for tyk bund, lige tilpas. Smagfuld pizzasauce samt toppings.
