07/07/2026: Had a pizza delivered a while ago, where I had ordered kebab and gorgonzola as extra toppings - there was none of them. Ate there yesterday - boring, stuffy atmosphere (no music) ignorant staff. Ordered kofte with rice, salad, tzaziki and hummus.
The meat was fried so long and tough that it was almost inedible. Boring experience - they get one star, and that's only because the rice was okay.

17/06/2026: To date, by far the worst pita bread I've had..
I was simply drawn by the price of a pita bread and had to try it! 35 kroner, you can hardly be disappointed.. cheated again!
The bread was boring, the meat mediocre (however the highlight of the experience), the salad was limp and tomato and cucumber were completely and utterly absent. The dressing, you ask? - yes, it can't compare to the worst one from Netto.. save your money, and go hungry, it's, without a doubt, more exciting!

14/12/2025: I have ordered food from here on several occasions and specifically asked if the chicken, kebab and pepperoni are halal. The answer has always been that they have both halal and non-halal. I have therefore consistently asked for halal. However, I have later found out that this is not correct and that none of these products are halal. I find this misleading and unacceptable and have therefore warned everyone I have had the opportunity to.
13/12/2025: BEWARE!!!
I have ordered food from Bergamo in the past with several people and have ALWAYS been told that their food is halal. It is NOT.
Today I received a pizza with pork on it. When I called and informed them about this they told me that they do not have any halal meat at all.
Knowing that they have advertised halal meat, they have served pork to several people who do not eat it.

27/05/2026: Unsatisfactory experience, he got defensive because I asked what ingredients my food contained in general. Plus I got charged 10,- more because I asked if I could confuse an ingredient with onions. Told him so, and now I'm saying this..
23/04/2026: Ordered a “double bacon cheeseburger” with homemade steak, but got a regular burger with what seemed like frozen meat. Paid extra for the quality, but was not informed of the change. Disappointing experience.

21/05/2026: ordered online and added extra mozzarella and chicken in the comments and chose to pay in the restaurant, it's not the first time I've done it and I can understand the risk in it but they have chosen to take that risk by making it an option, but then charging 93kr for the smallest calzone I've ever seen and the most boring is honestly tacky

03/06/2025: I ordered a pizza sandwich and fries.
The fries were really soft and tasted a lot of oil and fish fillet, I think they use the same oil for most or they don't change the oil often enough.
The pizza sandwich had some strange black "stones" in it... I can't say what they are but they look more like large grains of sand.
I don't recommend ordering here, so better see if you have any in your freezer.
31/05/2025: I got the wrong pizza. I ordered a bolognese pizza, but got some bullshit with kebab, mushrooms and Gorgonzola. The order was through Wolt, but I called the restaurant first as to see if we couldn’t figure it out. The guy told me he would talk to the driver and then call me back, but never did. I got my money for the pizza. But I really don’t think I should pay for the delivery fee just because the fries were delivered right. I would have never just ordered the fries. The delivery of 69 is more than the price of the fries. It makes no sense. This used to be my favourite place. But over the last couple of years it has become a shithole with no consideration for their customers. It’s become too frequent that they screw up and I won’t be getting food here anymore just because it used to be my favourite place. Zero stars.

27/02/2026: I ordered two pizzas, but there was a mistake with one of them – it had garlic on it, which my boyfriend can’t stand. So we asked for it to be remade and they sent a new pizza.
When we were going to share the second pizza, I started eating it because I didn’t want it to get cold while we waited. When they brought the new pizza, they demanded the first one back. They got very angry that I had taken a piece of it, and spoke in an unpleasant and accusatory tone.
This is without a doubt the worst service experience I have ever had.
