09/11/2025: The atmosphere is very cozy, with candles lighting on the tables and a nice music in the background. We had probably the best pumpkin soup so far, and the cakes are delicious while the drinks very refreshing. There are also tables outside so I can simply imagine how wonderful the place is during the summer time. The light house definitely worth also to be seen as the trip there takes 10 minutes.
10/10/2025: WHO wood think, that in the middle of the most wonderful nature happens over a latte and Frisch bread, wipt butter and best cheese wow it just happen ❤️❤️

I can definitely recommend this place.
It tasted amazing and the staff was really nice and helpful.
There was a slight misunderstanding with the dipping sauce for the crusts, but it was resolved with the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. This will definitely be a place my husband and I will visit again.
23/08/2025: Our third visit to Asgers bar.
We were 4 adults, 2 of whom had not eaten at Asgers before, so we suggested that we order a little differently and eat it all as sharing dishes, and fortunately it was also to our friends' taste. We asked to have it all at once, which gave us the opportunity to sit and snack and have fun. The only minus in the restaurant was that we sat at a table that was a little too small for 4 people, and the acoustics are a little bad.
The whole evening the staff was nice, accommodating and attentive, so we will definitely come again and again and again

26/09/2025: I had a really bad experience here. The owner/manager seemed very uninterested in serving me, said there was only cake until I asked for a menu, and had a kind of arrogant attitude. Very disappointing, I won't be back. If there had been other places nearby, I would have left immediately. But since there weren't, I decided to stay for some potato chips, which were incredible; large and with a really delicious herb mayo.
16/09/2025: A completely new experience for me, to be able to taste good, fresh wine so far north!😋👍

07/08/2025: It's really not easy to find a variety of vegetarian options in the area, so this was a real stroke of luck. We had vegetarian burgers and fries. Since they were out of veggie buns, they offered to make new ones if we were okay with waiting a bit longer. Super sweet! The burgers were delicious, and the fries were crispy and well-salted. The staff was very friendly. If we go out to eat again while we're here, I'm looking forward to trying the Asian dishes :)

In the middle of the deserted road from Jægerspris to Funen.
Then such a nice restaurant appears. Delicious open sandwiches and the sweetest service, friendliness, smiles and a nice chat. Everyone contributes to a happy and wonderful atmosphere
18/05/2025: A small cozy restaurant with staff who do their best to give customers a good experience. We had the dish of the day which was well prepared.

How wonderful it is to find a place where everything is made from scratch with good ingredients. This place is highly recommended
17/07/2025: Vi kom forbi i dag ,og bestille kaffe og kage .....Den søde og høflige unge dame vidste ikke hvad dagens kage var og måtte ind og spørge???. Vi fik kaffen (ikke særlig varm )og ventede så på kagen,da vi havde drukken halvdelen af kaffen måtte vi lige ind og spørge efter vores kage ,som vi kom med en kande kaffe som denne gang var varm !!!!.
Måske ikke den bedste oplevelse på en torsdag eftermiddag hvor der ikke var særlig mange mennesker.

23/09/2025: We had the fried eel. It wasn't a hit. Fatty and boring. It's probably 25 years since I last had it, don't need to have it again. It's probably not Skipperkroen's fault, I just remembered them better.
We've had good food here before, so I'll choose something else next time.
08/09/2025: We had booked a table yesterday 7/9-2025
For fried eel. We were there at the agreed time and still had to wait about 40 minutes.
For our drinks. And another 10 for our food despite the food being ordered over the phone.
The table next to us arrived later than us but still got their food before us, which they only ordered when they arrived.
The eels were swimming around in oil and tasted bitter. We thought it was the taste from the wet wipes but found out that it was the oil that gave the bad taste. It would have been a nice gesture if we had gotten the drinks for free due to the wait as they had apparently forgotten about us.

19/10/2025: My wife and I visited the Mexican steakhouse yesterday, 18-10-25.
Really good experience and atmosphere. The food and especially my steak was some of the best I've had in many years, we ordered their 3 course menu and were not disappointed, everything was perfect, starter, main course and dessert uhmmm....
The staff were incredibly sweet, friendly and not least fast, our starter came really quickly, and at no time did we have to sit and wait for the food.
So we will come back and can really recommend the place.
Thank you for the delicious food.

Super delicious and fresh food, good pieces of sushi that are neither too big nor too small.
The service is always friendly and accommodating and you feel welcome even if you just pick up take away.
22/10/2025: For the price the food and service are 5 stars - the food is really good and the service is sweet and welcoming.
It's not a romantic and atmospheric place, but wait, the food is just good for the price. Try it - you won't be disappointed...
