29/07/2026: My one star wasn't just because I couldn't get bread without sunflower, I could get gluten-free bread without sunflower but wasn't told. What really gave me the one star was the open sandwiches we were served three pieces each of which we could hardly taste or tell the difference, they were so similar and they were three "different" kinds; that gave me the one star

27/07/2026: We had a great evening at Vigen, which is a hidden gem with a great view of Roskilde Fjord. We chose a 5-course menu, which came with 2 smaller extra servings. Everything tasted really nice, and the selected wines on the wine menu did not make the experience any less. We can highly recommend this place, where the employees seem happy and attentive.

18/08/2026: I was pleasantly surprised. We got 12 small dishes and nothing was missing. A fantastic taste experience through Thai cuisine.

13/08/2026: the food was very good. We liked all of our noodles and curries. However, there were some problems with the service. First, the waiter seemed to forget our drinks and we had to remind them and ended up bringing them 10 minutes after the food. When they brought them we noticed that they were IPAs instead of blonde beers, which is what the waiter told us the seasonal beer was when we asked about it. I ordered that beer because I was told it was not an IPA. One of us decided to keep the IPA because she felt bad with the bottle being already opened and all. I couldn’t because personally hate IPA so much that I’d rather drink water from a puddle. Then, when we saw the bill we saw that we had been charged 12€ for tap water. Love the food and all and the waiters were very nice but this made our experience worse than it could have been.

22/08/2026: Way too expensive When the dish costs 139 kr, I expected rice to come with it, but had to pay 18 per person for rice

22/08/2026: Disappointing experience, bad food. We ordered take away, where the main courses were quite disappointing. But the worst is the starter, as we had ordered a vegan mix. It was marketed as a mix of different starters. But it was just a mix of slightly different vegetables for 150kr.

23/08/2026: Fantastic atmosphere, lots of seating inside and out and down in the basement where you will find the most wonderful selection of beer... 25 taps with a perfect selection and an even larger selection of bottled and canned beer but not only that you get here... and a fine selection of delicious drinks for those who are not into beer

30/08/2026: An absolutely fantastic experience, top-class food and setting! We had the great pleasure of taking my 93-year-old father on a combined sailing and dinner with M/S Sagafjord. I had tried the trip myself 30 years ago and remembered it as a wonderful evening and the trip today completely lived up to the memories and more! Even before boarding, the fun started at the cozy Roskilde Harbor. When the doors opened, we were greeted by a warm and professional welcome, and a waiter personally accompanied us to our table. We were assigned a fantastic round table for four people right at the bow, which gave us a unique panoramic view of the fjord during the entire trip. My father, who had never sailed with Sagafjord before, was deeply excited from the start. We had ordered a 3-course menu from home (haddock, pork cheeks and apple trifle), and the food was absolutely on par with the beautiful surroundings. It was really tasty and beautifully prepared. One of the highlights of the evening was when my father and I went for a walk on deck and were allowed to visit the captain in the wheelhouse for a nice chat. It is clear to see that the beautiful old ship is looked after and cared for at the shipyard every year, it is in razor-sharp condition. Conclusion: You get fantastic food at prices that match a completely ordinary restaurant, but here you just get an unforgettable total experience and unique nature included in the deal. This is definitely not the last time we visit Sagafjord! The warmest recommendations from here.

28/08/2026: We had a wonderful time on board, nice food, drinks and service. Thr view of the fjord was so peaceful. Dont hesitate tocgo on the deck to enjoy it tocthe most. Everything was perfect!

06/09/2026: We were a large group and had a great visit. We all ordered their 3-course menu. Their tartare was with chanterelles (or another mushroom), cheese and delicious meat. The main course was halibut with braised beef cheeks and sauce. It is a combination of fish and beef that I have never tried before, but it was a stroke of genius that tasted amazing. This dish was the highlight of the whole visit. The white wine we had with the food was also really tasty. Finally we had a delicious dessert with elderflower and some cream. This is not the last time I come here. That's for sure.

01/09/2026: Lovely, exciting food, fantastically nice waiters. Good place to celebrate your birthday with a good friend. The only thing that was a drag was the company that came and made you have to move closer to each other to hear something, or move on. Fortunately we were finished eating, but could have stayed a little longer
