08/03/2026: Food is traditional smørrebrød. Quality is very good but somehow the combination of ingredients aren’t really there….
Example:
Fiskefilet has a bit of an odd remoulade on top which just doesn’t work very well….
Hønsesalat is fine but again has some crispy greens on top which taste good but does not fit the dish…
So overall a nice experience but these servings are a different take on smørrebrød so just remember that.

As a Roskilde native, the premises have a very special meaning and it was great to experience an atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming – you are greeted with a smile and genuine interest. The service is top notch, and the place exudes warmth, history and honesty. Perfect for a quiet moment with a good atmosphere and well-prepared food.
