I had the Stjerneskud and my partner had the chicken tartlet. As I am gluten free, for my Stjerneskud, I chose to have both filets of plaice steamed instead of one pan fried (uses bread crumbs) and one steamed. The bread was also changed to gf bread. Generous portion of plaice. Wish there was more bread though as they all went so well together. I enjoyed the dish. Chicken tartlet was really rich .. probably a bit too rich for us to be able to finish the entire dish without feeling overwhelmed. Unfortunately we were sat at the table right in the corner just in front of the toilet.

The service was good and the atmosphere too (despite the very dirty wc). Unfortunately the food was only mediocre. The meat of the Schnitzel was everything but tender. You could barely cut it with a knife.

Third (or fourth?) time there, and everything was as good as the previous times. I didn't taste the complimentary wine but the food was delicious.

All round great. Nice smorebrod for lunch either good atmosphere and service.

Meal was spectacular! Service was excellent! Hope to return before we leave the city.

The boiled meat is good. Nice location. Friendly staff. A few typical Danish dishes.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. if you’re part of the lgbtq community you will feel very welcome here! i showed up with my partner without a reservation and thankfully we were able to get a table thanks to viktor. his service was amazing and he was so funny! made us feel very welcome, gave us dinner and a show! there were several tables with those in the community. it was easily the gayest part of our whole trip, which was a nice change of pace! we went on vacation to denmark and then poland and we both agreed, the best thing we tried during the trip was here. the smoked halibut is incredible! fresh, light, not overly smokey. my only regret is not getting more of it. def give this place a try if you’re around.

We had an amazing experience at Restaurant 1733 in Copenhagen. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The signature dish, Stjerneskud (also known as “Shooting Star”), was incredibly generous, flavorful, and definitely one of the best dishes we had during our trip to Denmark. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant. To start, we were offered a shot and welcomed by the very friendly and charming waiter. As a starter we had the salmon, which tasted extremely good. For the main course we both had the Danish meatballs, and the sauce and the meat in particular were excellent. For dessert I had a banana split and it was also extremely tasty. The wine tasted great too. All in all a lovely evening. The restaurant also thrives on its very homely atmosphere, and the waiters are very attentive and sharp.
