Great restaurant. Food was great. Something for everyone. Service was courteous.

Superb location and decor. Really well-prepared Danish food. Top class sandwiches. Super competent and attentive service. Fast serving. Table reservation absolutely necessary.

We were there twice, and on both occasions all the waiters and the food were impeccable. First of all, the place is very well used, and at peak times it fills up, so it's a good idea to make a reservation. In any restaurant, water is usually paid for and a 10% tip is usually left. You can pay everything by card in euros since the conversion is automatic. The attention and kindness of the waiters was unbeatable, and the dishes we tried were: 1 the starter of 4 types of herring (pickled, curry, fried and apple), each one better but all delicious. 2 The curried herring was the one we liked the most, so we ordered it whole another day. 3 Lizette's favorite, very original. 4 Creamy chicken salad: chicken and bacon salad on slice of bread. 5 Dan's favorite, juicy and soft. 6 Danish meat balls, delicious and curious for children would be ideal. We were left wanting desserts but they are very filling. Beers or drinks, let us advise you. 100% recommended.

Amazing food and very friendly staff. After some lunch plans fell through at another restaurant they were willing to work us in to a table on a busy day and made us feel very welcome.

Flask Steak is delicious. The meat was a bit dry, but it was good with the gravy sauce on it. The skin is delicious, but hard and chewy; You have to go to the counter and pay. I sat there for a while...

Very good atmosphere in this small restaurant where you eat well; it was good and plentiful. Friendly waiters and good value for money.

Superhyggelig og gammeldags indrettet kælderrestaurant med udsigt til kanalen og Christiansborg. Her serveres store og meget flot pyntede stykker smørrebrød, traditionelt men ofte med et lille "twist", og faktisk er de så overvældende, at et enkelt stykke i de fleste tilfælde faktisk er tilstrækkeligt til at blive mæt af. Til en udsolgt fredagsfrokost er lydniveauet så højt og akustikreguleringen så ringe, at man desværre umuligt kan føre en normal samtale, og så går lidt af hyggen desværre fløjten. Der var for længe mellem serveringen, men som sagt var der propfyldt, og vi hørte faktisk personalet fortælle hinanden, at de havde en sygemelding i køkkenet. Superflinke tjenere, som giver en meget personlig betjening og er klar med en frisk bemærkning og en rigtig far-vits :o)

Suveræn frokost: dejlig atmosfære, fin betjening og store portioner af meget lækker mad. Dertil god Krenkerup øl og skøn snaps. Hertil gratis bobler eller Fernet Bianca ved ankomsten. Meget rimelige priser
