21/07/2026: We had the Maple’s Casual Tasting Menu. Every course was delicious and beautifully prepared. The Tuna Tostada was fresh and flavorful with just the right amount of spice, the Creamy Asparagus Soup was rich and comforting, the Maple’s Steak was perfectly cooked and served with creamy mashed potatoes, greens, and a delicious mushroom sauce, and the French Vanilla Crème Brûlée was the perfect ending to the meal. We were celebrating our legal wedding, and the staff went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable. They placed a Danish flag on our table, a thoughtful nod to the Danish tradition of celebrating special occasions with a flag and even brought out our dessert with sparklers. It was such a lovely, personal touch that made the evening feel extra magical. We highly recommend Maple Casual Dining, whether you’re looking for a fantastic tasting menu or a place to celebrate a special occasion. Also, don’t forget to reserve a table as it can be quite full.

18/07/2026: Loved everything about this cafe. Tucked away from the noise of copenhagen simply by turning a corner it has cosy lounge chairs and freshly baked rolls for tasty sandwiches.

24/05/2026: We had pizzas number 43, 45. They were both delicious!! Right thickness/thinness, crispiness and excellent quality of ingredients. We also got tiramisu for home. Very tasty as well. Very good portion too! Super friendly staff too! Highly recommended! 🍕

14/07/2026: Worth a visit! I came here in hopes of getting a "Spandauer", sadly they were already out of those, so be fast! I ended up buying a Cinnamon Roll and tho I haven't ate it yet I must say that it already smells mouthwatering! Besides the baked goods there is much other vegan food on side...like cookies, yogurts, cheeses. The staff was also extremely friendly!

17/07/2026: Amazing and warm service, excellent food. I thought my katsudon was great, but my wife’s curry was just out of this world, so creamy and flavourful. The food came with couple side dishes, so it was fun to try many textures and flavours. :)

03/07/2026: Really good smørrebrød in a classic sit down restaurant. Cloth tablecloth and napkins. Large place so there’s nearly always room for walkins. Kitchen open all day.

28/06/2026: We had an exceptional lunch at Restaurant Kastellet. The waiter was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the traditional Danish concept to us, which made the experience feel welcoming and authentic. He also provided excellent advice on which snaps to pair with our specific food choices, navigating their impressive selection. The smørrebrød itself was outstanding, both the beautifully prepared tartare and the delicious herring variations. Highly recommended for a high quality, traditional dining experience.

26/07/2026: My boyfriend and I each bought a bagel from Royal Bagel, but unfortunately we both ended up with symptoms suggestive of food poisoning shortly after. It was a really unpleasant experience and definitely not what you expect when buying food out. We hope they take this seriously and ensure that other customers don't experience the same.

14/07/2026: Went here with my 3 children for their first time to try Indian food. We sat outdoor on the calm street, in a summer breeze. The food was excellent. The naans was really nice, and we also recommend the fried onions and samosa as starters.
