We had great vegan food here, it was tasty and filling. The owners were friendly, and when I asked a question about the decor, the chef shared a touching story about the origin of the restaurant. He also gave us some interesting Danish music recommendations. Would recommend if you don't mind that it's somewhat expensive.

The service did not meet my expectations. The waiter could well be asking to present the wine.
The menu card was not so intuitive and a bit difficult to read. The food was really good, but just lacked that last bit to make a lasting impression.

It is not NOMA but like a bistro version of NOMA in the vegetable season. They source from the best vegetable producers, they cook to perfection, they service you well. This is maybe THE most interesting restaurant in Copenhagen at the moment. We have never had a so complete non-meat restaurant experience anywhere!

We were thrilled.
The flavors are on point. Who said vegetarian or vegan food has to be tasteless and boring? At least that is not what we are talking about here.
All dishes were super decorated, probably a little too much for me, but it's a matter of taste.
All dishes were super tasty and well composed. Argh, maybe just except for the pommes anna dish. Now peel those potatoes, soil just doesn't taste good. In addition, it was also just on the dry side. But it didn't matter because we were so full.
The pickled vegetables with a perfect for flavored chilli dip. Mum's.
We chose to order the kimchi dish. I probably wouldn't personally call it a kimchi, but what you got was delicious. And not least the cashew cream that was served with it. Wow. It was delicious.
The Jerusalem artichokes had a lot of flavor. The same was true for aubergine mash. The mushrooms gave it enormous depth of flavor.
The yellow beets were also good, maybe also a little because I love cheese. And melted goat cheese, what a stroke of genius.
We were really full, so full that there was no room for extra drinks or dessert.
It also sounded delicious.

Had an amazing dining experience at Far! A great place that does complete justice to vegetarian food and shows you how much it has to offer. The menu has dishes that have a good variation of texture and flavour, giving a lot of aha moments. What makes the experience even better is the service and cosy/intimate atmosphere. The staff and head chef are very friendly, he shared their story and gave some interesting insights. I definitely recommend coming here, as I'll go back there as well!
