Had a delicious lunch menu that was perfect for autumn with wild boar and duck. Attentive and good service in beautiful and cozy surroundings.

Really cozy place with great food and great service. We were in the car and just wanted some wine, so the waiter suggested we share a wine menu - that was great service!

In October, Copenhagen is hosting Dining Week, and I'm taking this opportunity to try out new restaurants. Now for my review... 1st and 2nd Courses: Waffle with Duck Liver Mousse Trout Roe, Herbs, Whipped Sour Cream, and Crispy Potato The waffle, which I would call an 'amuse-bouche' rather than a course, was what it was all about. The trout roe on top of the whipped cream and potato was original and had a good flavor. 3rd Course: Cod Ballotine, Buttermilk Sauce with Lager Beer, Cucumber, and Celery This course was bland and tasted of nothing. It's a shame, as they could have done much more with it. 4th Course: Pork Neck with Blackcurrant BBQ, Beetroot, and Périgo Sauce Just looking at it, you weren't sure what to make of it. The pork neck was served in a circle on a potato mash, the beets served as ears, and the sauce was poured over it. Perhaps this could have been served to children, and I wouldn't put it on anyone's table (see picture). 5th Course: Cornflakes, Quince Compote & Feuilletine The dessert tasted very good, but you had to eat it very quickly to prevent the cornflakes from getting soggy. While my husband did that, I talked and ended up with the second one. Conclusion: We'll save ourselves a second visit to this restaurant.

This "secret" place is located in an old ammunition warehouse. Really cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. Have tried their taste on Sunday which combines food experiences and long table dining in an all-inn concept at a really good price. A clear recommendation.

The snacks and dessert were very good (first two pics). The main course was a bit boring but the the display was interesting 🤣

Went during the dining week with my girlfriend, so we did not know the menu. First off, I think a different palate would have been happy with the offering. The quality was definitely there, good ingredients. However, the menu was lacking in many ways in my opinion. We had 5 servings. 4 of them were cold, which I personally think, outside of summer season, is a grave error in menu creation and was quite disappointing. When serving a menu that is not known prior to arriving at the restaurant I would also avoid distinct flavours like chicken liver, that are not for everybody. Overall I missed some elegance and finesse other restaurants in similar price ranges offer. The location is a highlight and the people were great

A great place with good food and service. The sound level was good so you could talk.

Vi var en gruppe på 8 personer, der havde en dejlig aften Personalet var hele aften imødekommende, opmærksomt og vidende Flere fra gruppen valgte den storre menu og ud fra deres udmeldinger, så kan den anbefales Jeg fik oksetatar (lammetataren var udgået), svampetoast og ost. De første to ting var rigtig lækre, men svampetoasten en anelse for pebret. Ostemaden var en omgang ostesmuller, der ikke faldt i min smag, nok mest pga den sauce, der blev hældt over Vi fik gode velsmagende og veltempererede vine til og tjeneren var god til at give råd Stedet er ikke billigt, men mad kvaliteten er i top og vinene det samme, men måske lidt "overpriced" Super hyggeligt med jazzmusikken i restauranten Og husets historiee og udseende er også en god oplevelse

Wir waren zu Mittag dort. Zwei Gänge, Tatar als Vorspeise und Fisch als Hauptgang. Der Tatar war modern interpretiert und man merkt den Anspruch, den das Restaurant verfolgt. Genau nach meinem Geschmack. Der Fisch (ein Dorsch) war ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft und alles in passenden Portionen. Wir kennen 56 Grader seit vielen Jahren und können einen Besuch ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.
