The Christmas Lunch menu was stellar, and the restaurant itself is beautiful - inside and the views outside.

An incredible place, with a spectacular visit. Impeccable service and not to mention the Smørrebrød.

Warm welcome and attentive waiters. We had acquired an early bird menu with 3 courses and tapas. The tapas dish consisted of a little sunflower seed humus with rye chips. It was a nice tapas, but the hummus was a little too sparse. Bread and butter were served. The butter was not whipped or specially prepared, which would have elevated the experience. The starter was a delicious and tasty lobster bisque with ravioli. The ravioli was unfortunately a little too 'aldente', but the bisque very delicious. The main course was duck, red cabbage and browned potatoes. There was a lot of meat on the plate and generally the portion size was very generous. The duck was prepared confit and we could have missed a crispy touch to the dish. The red cabbage was ok, but lacked bite, depth and acidity. The browned potatoes seemed a bit overcooked. The dessert was risalamande. There was a bit of rice salamande at the bottom of the glass, and on top a lot of cherry sauce and whipped cream. It lacked rice, almonds and vanilla and was a little too much for the sweet edge. We had a delicious wheat beer from Herslev Brewery. We were very happy with the good service and atmosphere.

Ordered several smørrebrød, my favorite beef tartare and smoked salmon! Good presentation but a little bit pricey.. however, the view is perfect, overlooking to the canal.

Extremely good smørrebrød, very sophisticated ingredients, flavors and textures - a culinary delight! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service.

Unfortunately there was a draft in the room, but the food was excellent

A little pricey, but the views of the opera, harbor and Nyhavn are incredible.

We ordered the veggie burgers. The cashier was not particularly nice and the wait was very long considering there weren’t many people there. But the veggie burgers were really good, very different from the veggie burgers we had eaten. We don’t know the ingredients but they were juicy and delicious. The price was a bit high but everything is expensive in Copenhagen. The location was great overlooking the canal.

We had the theater menu at the restaurant during an intermission in the play. This meant that everyone got the same dishes in order to serve everyone in time. This also meant that the menu was a little on the safe side but the dishes in themselves were delicious and well prepared. Especially the main course was excellent. We all had the fish option. This also means that the service is very efficient. All in all a good experience and I would recommend it if you go to watch a play.
