Excellent hotel for those who want to get to know the city of Copenhagen. Well located, close to public transport (train and metro), with a good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and big enough, the staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is not big but completely sufficient and freshly prepared, there is a bar with freshly tapped beer, the hotel is located near the train station, surrounded by other hotels and lots of restaurants in the area The actual city center takes about 30 minutes to walk, but trains and buses are available. I would recommend at any time

This was our first stay in a Danish hotel. We noticed the staff for their exceptional friendliness. The location of the hotel is very good, a five minute walk to the main train station. It is also very loud at night in the immediate vicinity of the hotel - but the windows insulate very well and air conditioning would be available. The hotel room was quite small, but sufficient for two people. The furnishings/equipment seemed a little worn here and there, but overall it was very neat. We had booked an overnight stay with breakfast. The breakfast buffet is really excellent for a city hotel. BUT: on the day of departure we couldn't use the buffet, but we received a packed lunch. And I just think this is a joke. Two slices of dry toast with a slice of sausage and cheese, an apple, a small tetra pack of sugary juice. In comparison/replacement to the breakfast buffet, it's not a funny joke. I don't think it's necessary for a hotel to have such a negative and subsequent impact on the overall experience of an otherwise very pleasant stay with such a final impression. Too bad.

Very convenient for visiting the city on foot or by public transport. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff who speak Italian.
