A lovely hotel, a short walk from the main train station, so can easily access with bags (no need for taxi). Welcoming reception staff, love the 'green' offering of forgoing towel changes etc for exchange for drink or bike vouchers. More hotels should do this for environmental reasons. Rooms were spacious and clean with good amentities provided. Buffet breakfast was huge with so many good pastries!!

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very noisy during the night so we had to sleep with windows closed, AC was no great and made weird sounds every hour or so. We appreciated both fridge and nespresso coffee machine in the room. Bathroom was ok, but door was not in the best condition and could only be closed by brute force. Location was great for us. Close to central train station, metro and a few bus stations. Plenty of cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was nice except for croissants, they couldn't be this bad if you bought them in the worst bakery and left them sitting on the table for 2 days. Coffee was also disappointing. We also liked their green initiatives where they reward you if you choose not to get your room cleaned.

We stayed at the sister hotel across the road but went for a drink every day , the seating area out the front was great place to enjoy a drink and people watch !

A fantastic stay for our three nights in the city, very close to the central station and Tivoli Gardens. The interiors are modern yet with a touch of design. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was generous, with a delicious selection of pastries. We appreciated the option of skipping daily room cleaning and getting a 100kr bar voucher per day.

We had a tiny "standard double" room. Small bathroom. Very small room. Bouncy uncomfortable bed. No wardrobe , only a basic hanging space. Breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for the main rail station, and not far from Tivoli.

We were able to book this hotel through HRS at a very good price and were very impressed. The rooms are tastefully furnished, although not particularly spacious. In the bathroom, I would have preferred a real shower instead of a bathtub, but that's manageable. The only thing that bothered us was the lack of sound, especially in rooms with connecting doors, as you could hear quite a lot from the next door. There was nothing to complain about at breakfast; it was a very good selection, including vegan alternatives. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Our room was available very early, and we were able to check in the morning upon arrival. That was certainly due to the weekday, but it was perfect. The location was also truly perfect. Just a few meters from the train station, which can also be reached quickly from the airport by metro with one change. You can actually get anywhere quickly from there – buses, metro, commuter trains, and even the hop-on tour start very close by. The Vesterbro district starts right outside the hotel. We would check in here again if we ever go to Copenhagen.

It was a fantastic place, would 100% go there again.

Very nice hotel with comfortable, spacious, and well appointed rooms. The beds were comfortable and street was quiet enough ensuring a good nights sleep. The concierge and bar staff were very friendly and kind, and the bar was a very nice area with a lovely vibe. There were also games and such to keep guests entertained in the bar area as well, such as chess. My biggest complaint would be location, being a rather long walk from the city centre but nothing too prohibitive, and being close to the central station is great.
