Acqua Blu Varde

We were looking for a good restaurant during our vacation in Denmark - and this Italian place was simply good! The food was absolutely delicious: homemade pasta, perfectly baked pizza with a crispy edge and fresh ingredients. The service was also super friendly and attentive, you immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic – almost like a short trip to Italy. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Wir hatten zwei Pizzen bestellt. Kamen auch recht zügig. Der Belag der Pizza Salami meines Mannes war nicht sonderlich schmackhaft. Die verwendete Salami war preiswert, was sich im Geschmack widerspiegelte. Bei meiner Pizza mit Parmaschinken und Rucola wurde leider geriebener Parmesankäse verwendet, was der Pizza einen ganz anderen Geschmack verlieh. Waren sehr enttäuscht.

Wir haben alle eine Pizza Hawaii gegessen. Leider wusste ich nicht das da Garnelen drauf sind und musste die erstmal eine Weile runterpuhlen. Auf der Pizza ist ein bisschen zu viel Fleisch aber sonst ist sie ganz okay.

Cozy atmosphere, the food was ok, didn't taste bad in any way, but there was no wow effect either.

Large menu, the pizzas were great, there is clearly room for improvement in the pasta dishes. We were there out of season and took the food with us to the holiday home. Also open in January with reduced opening hours.

Best pizza I've eaten in a long time! A really big recommendation!

We had a really good evening at the restaurant. Both the lasagna and their pizzas were really good + wildly delicious tiramisu. Cozy atmosphere and very welcoming staff, great recommendation from here!

Always a must when we are on holiday in Blavand. I always anticipate the homemade tomato soup.😉

Super good food. Good ingredients and real Italian pizzas. Worth the visit!
