17/03/2024: Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse igår aftes.
Lækker mad, bedste service, gode lokaler med behagelig stemning. Lyden var god og vi kunne føre en samtale uden at blive forstyrret. Der er rigtig god plads imellem bordene.
Alt i alt var det til 5 stjerner.
Det eneste jeg beklager, er at vi glemte at bede om at kunne give jer drikkepenge da vi betalte.
Tak for denne gang og på gensyn.

29/03/2024: Really beautiful, the aesthetic experience fails absolutely nothing, either in terms of food or decor and really nice wine menu ..
Fantastically sweet and skilled service.
The only thing to put a finger on was the compressed melon. Completely irrelevant.
A side note.
Likewise, we were a bit used to the fact that there was only 1 menu to choose from. The website gives an impression of 3. They say in the restaurant that you have to order it in advance, but I don't think the booking system allows that.
26/03/2024: On arrival, we were hit by a "smell of a grill bar", a scent that we could take with us after a good evening with wine that didn't quite match the food. Not quite the experience we previously had at the site.

Huge thumbs up to the new owner.. Thoroughly fresh and fast service.. The food was just as it should be..
My best recommendation..

25/03/2024: My favorite burger spot in Kolding. Great atmosphere, the service is always amazing. The side chick is my favorite one to order with some fries. It’s always tasty and fresh and the sauces are to die for. I would give more stars if I could.

12/03/2024: It was an amazing experience... We went there in the evening. We just had trouble finding the entrance when there wasn't so much light. Nice staff who welcomed us. Got a good review. They made time for us. Nice music and not so many people. Definitely a place we will return to.
The menu card could perhaps be some slightly more delicious dishes... and some more kinds of snacks. But that might be a matter of taste.
They made us feel special that night

Det har ganske enkelt været et helt særlig oplevelse at tjekke ind på Stella Maris for et par dage. Der er tænkt på alle detaljer og personalet topper det med en meget varm og personlig service.

23/03/2024: The drive through Nymindegab towards the North Sea beach has something magical. When you drive over the hill and suddenly you seem to be in another world. The beach at Nymindegab is easy to reach, the dune is not particularly steep when accessed from the large parking lot. There are completely different challenges a few kilometers away (Bjerregard for example).

30/03/2024: Worth all the money... The stirred tartar is very close to being the best piece of smørrebrød I have ever been served. Old cheese with cloud, raw onion and rum is also a hit.
Finally, an apple cake that was well balanced between sweet and tart.
I would love to come here again.
You can park right outside the door and there is easy access, even for people with walking difficulties.
It's not exactly cheap, but you get so much for what you pay for.
19/03/2024: The food is top class and it is completely unique with the retained old style in the premises - if you like a good Danish lunch, this is one of the best places there is.

The raspberry slices are super wonderful.
23/10/2023: The best baker in Denmark. Very nice people who work there and the rolls, bread and especially the cake just taste very good. So go there if you are in the area and taste the good quality for yourself.
