Our absolute first choice and go-to place to eat when we have something to celebrate or "just" want to treat ourselves. The only place in Kolding (besides Hotel Koldingfjord, which is also highly recommended, by the way) where there are trained waiters - and you can feel it! The experience is just so much better, EVERYTHING is in order, the food is fantastic and there is simply nothing to complain about at all! Add to that a really nice and very varied wine list. Admiralen in Kolding is highly recommended!

Fantastisk fiske menu...yderst fint afstemt i mængde is smag. Vi fik det anbefalet af en kollega og fik lige det at spise som vi havde lyst til den aften!

Delicious fish soup! I've never eaten better in my life. Very good deer! And, of course, delicious wine. I highly recommend it - 10/10👌

15/06/2025: Wow, what an unprecedented old-fashioned service in this beautiful restaurant. We had not made a reservation but were still offered a very nice spot by an extremely friendly lady. The food is super freshly prepared in the open kitchen. The flavors were deliciously authentic; just the way you want to experience them in an Italian restaurant. The restaurant is quite spacious but you don't really notice this once you are there. We had a fantastic experience here and the 5 stars are well deserved. You should definitely stop by here if you are in the area.
