25/10/2024: We discovered Enzo's Restaurant by chance while looking for a restaurant in the harbor area of ​​Vejle. The restaurant is a real tip! Homemade pizza with beautiful and classic compositions, with meat but also vegetarian. Delicious yeast dough. The pasta is also good and cooked in an Italian style, which is not easy to find in Denmark. Also imported Italian specialties and drinks including Gazzosa Arancia amara, and arancia rossa. Fine dolci and an excellent espresso round off the meal, and there's almost certainly grappa... (it wasn't the ideal time over lunch). Excitingly designed facility with classic Italian vehicles in real 1:1 and working order (Ferrari Testarossa, Moto Guzzi motorcycle...)! Pizza can also be taken away, suitable for groups and barrier-free. In summer there is also seating outside. As a Swiss, it was particularly great to talk to the boss in Italian. Recommendation for tourists as a change from the Danish fare, recommendation for locals because it's really good in terms of authenticity and quality and value for money (not "cheap" but very moderate prices). Recommended as a group reservation, menu suggestions for groups by the boss.
