Nice cozy restaurant, good prices and good food. But it can also feel a bit claustrophobic due to its small size. I would still reccomend.

Absolute "top pick" in Aalborg! EVERYTHING on the menu is super delicious and prepared quickly, as soon as you order. The sushi is world class and in a completely different league than any other! The staff is very friendly, polite and accommodating. And it's definitely not an expensive place! Biggest recommendation from here. My absolute favorite restaurant now!!! Everyone I have recommended the place to says the same thing.

If you are looking for good ad libitum in Aalborg, then Ai Japan is the perfect place. We got the luxury version, and even though it cost 303kr per person, it was worth every penny. In addition to delicious appetizers and sushi, you can also get a large selection of Japanese and other Asian dishes. It is also a huge bonus that dips and dressing were free with ad libitum. They have shaved ice for 19kr, which is also a recommendation. We were super super happy with the whole experience and will definitely be back.

The food is absolutely top class. Everything takes place on an app and works super well. You sit nicely close to the other guests.
