31/07/2024: You won't find better ice cream for the money in ALL of Denmark! First a little about the price: here you get two medium ice creams with sprinkles for DKK 40. And it is a size that is more than "between". Now a little about the ice cream: It's real FLØDE ice cream. You can taste the round, fat and soft cream in the ice cream. No crystals or anything else to "pump" the ice up. Just pure enjoyment of fat and tasty ice cream. And last but not least: it's going fast! There was a queue all the way out of the store, but we were there in five minutes. An efficient and smiling staff who aim to lure some people to the counter. If you're on the road, swing by! If you are nearby, take a detour. And do you like good ice cream? So take a big detour, because this is an ice cream you won't forget. …they also have ice cream cakes and a larger selection of cheeses too. But it looks like the soft ice is the sticking point 🫣

04/09/2024: Har været på Vildmose og spise mange gange og har været yderst tilfreds. Men i fredags var lidt en skuffelse. Vi bestilte begge rørt tatar. Smagen var god, men den var desværre fuld af sener. Vi sendte dem retur og sagde at vi ikke behøvede en ny. Til hovedret bestiller vi 2 ribeyes medium rare, de var desværre gennemstegte. Vi var vildt sultne, så orkede ikke at sende dem retur for at få nogle nye. Det smagte skam godt, men når man er til rødt kød, bliver man lidt skuffet. Tilbehør og sovs var rigtig godt. Til sidst beder vi om 2 gin/tonic. Vi får IKKE at vide, at det er et færdigt produkt Fuglsang laver, og det smagte virkelig ikke godt. Slet ikke når man fik en Bulldog gin sidste gang.

17/08/2024: To be on the safe side, we ordered a table on the terrace because our dog was with us. We were there at 2 p.m. and the table was quickly cleaned (due to a previous rain shower) and the parasol was put up. The food we ordered came quite quickly and was excellent. I would love to come back and can highly recommend the restaurant.

18/08/2024: Smuk udsigt over Vesterhavet. Super søde tjenere men gæsterne sad alt for tæt i det lille lokale og der var alt, alt for varmt og dårlig luft. Det ved ejeren godt og vi var blevet “advaret” før vi kom, så vi havde taget meget let tøj på. Ærgerligt man ikke gør noget ved det.

29/08/2024: Nykøbing Mors must now have tested steak sandwiches with sauce and the island offers several options, but the choice fell on Café Sult by the harbor in Nykøbing. Super nice cafe both outside and inside. Arrived at 11.37 and ordered immediately. At exactly 11.52 the food was served at our table and Wow it looks delicious and appetizing. The bun is a brioche bun which is crispy, the steak is approx. 200 grams and the meat is cooked pink and tastes great without being flashy. Everything is fussy and both pickled cucumbers and beetroot are home-pickled, which you can taste. There is remoulade, mustard and ketchup, which I find difficult to assess as homemade, but finely tuned and of good quality. The steak sandwich hides raw red onions and home-roasted onions that might have been too much. The buns were smeared with a homemade Mayo dressing which tasted really nice. There was plenty of gravy. THANKS. Because for steak sandwiches, there must be plenty of sauce and that was it here, I've never had so much and when it's a cloud of sauce that tastes great, well, what can I say. The food here is fastidious, energy and love have been put into everything and Café Sult can be proud of their food. We paid DKK 169.- for this portion and although it is not stated in their menu card, it came with a bowl of French fries with optional dip at no extra cost. It's good style. I had to give up and couldn't finish eating even though it was lovely food. You must get 4.5 stars out of 5 (will be 4 here) if you were to get 5 stars, the onions should not have been overfried, the raw red onions should have been pickled red onions and there should have been several types of onions. You could easily take up the fight for DK's best steak sandwich with the last finish. But for all visits to this place you will not be disappointed and you will be full and get a dining experience at the higher end. Get well
