A small place in the middle of Aalborg. Small portions but tasty. A bit pricey. Ordering via QR code. But the system wouldn’t work. Great service. Recommend: Medium.

Virkeligt lækkert smørrebrød. Prøvede 5 slags vi delte. Alt var smagfuldt og smukt. Den unge mand der servicerede os, var morsom, charmerende og ydede rigtig god service. Vores bedste anbefaling.

The food tasted good, but having to order food/drinks and pay yourself means you lose contact with the staff and it becomes impersonal. That's why the service only gets 2 stars.

Aktuel er en perle! Fantastisk mat med, nydelige omgivelser som gir en god atmosfære. Servicen som er helt upåklagelig. De ansatte er utrolig flinke og imøtekommende, og gjør alt for at du skal ha en flott opplevelse. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

16/11/2025: I'm really glad I managed to get one last trip to Jensens before they closed. Great service, good food
30/09/2025: Had to wait a long time for the food. The steak was very salty and overcooked, even though it was ordered medium. The mashed potatoes were also very salty. On the verge of being inedible. Didn't get any herb butter or sauce even though it was ordered. No allergy labeling on the menu. Nice staff, but so little to them, so couldn't give feedback. Had already looked for them once to ask if the food was coming soon, so didn't bother looking for them again.

Whiskybaren Café Alpha

23/11/2025: One of the oldest, if not the oldes, bars in Aalborg. Very laid back atmosphere. Good selection in both beer and other drinks. You are allowed to smoke inside, which is very rare in Denmark. This can be either a plus or a minus, depending on your preferences.
07/06/2025: Fantastic bar with lots of charm. The new owner has a passion for whisky and serves high quality whisky as well as detailed information about what you are drinking. Of course the place also serves drinks, beer, wine etc. at good prices.
