Al Dewan is a true hidden gem in Copenhagen.👌 The atmosphere is warm, vibrant, and beautifully balanced with colorful Rajasthani and Sindhi artwork, yet kept elegant through a minimalistic touch. The food is exceptional—every bite feels alive with flavor. The freshly baked naan and sizzling tandoori chicken are simply unforgettable. I have been eating at Al-Diwan for many years and it is still my absolute favourite place when I am craving Indian food. The food is very authentic, with deep flavours and distinct spices that feel like something made with respect for tradition. You can really taste that the dishes are made from scratch. The service is always friendly and relaxed and the atmosphere is informal and cozy. The portions are good and I always return for classics like butter chicken, Biryani and their freshly baked naan. It is the kind of place where you feel welcome every time. If you are looking for real Indian flavours and a place that maintains its level year after year, I can definitely recommend Al-Diwan. 🙌🍛

Fantastic Indian food, served by really service minded staff. The restaurant is well maintained, clean and neat. The food is very tasty and spiced very nicely. If you are in Copenhagen and like Indian food, this is the place for you.

Al-Diwan Simply the most delicious Indian food I've tasted in a long time. Fantastic ingredients, which were transformed into incredibly tasty dishes. You could really feel that the details were taken care of. The chef was also very accommodating and made spicy ROTI bread especially for us, as we wanted wholemeal bread with the food. They tasted absolutely heavenly. The staff were sweet, smiling and attentive. They came several times and asked if everything was as it should be - which of course it was. We will definitely come again.
