Absolutely met expectations. Highly professional staff who explained each course, making it a truly memorable experience. Surprises and a cool Rasmus Munk, whose presence further perfected the evening. Absolutely recommended!

Truly an incredible experience and our waiter Javi was incredible. I have a dairy allergy and wow was I blown away by how the accommodated me. Not once in the evening was I served anything different - always the same but with undetectable modifications. So slight I frequently asked to be sure. The highlight of this was the use of a gelatin-based cheese that mimicked an ooey, gooey Spanish cheese. I was shocked it wasn't the real thing. What a unique, memorable, and delicious evening!

It was really nice, I'll go there again soon 🙏🏻

Oplevelse af en anden verden. Dette er ikke bare en restaurant, men en oplevelse ud over madoplevelsen. Maden var fantastisk i sig selv med en masse historier og forklaringer, men selve stedet var en oplevelse også. Og så tilføjet et stort antal tjenere med udsøgt viden og service. Det var fantastisk det hele - lidt mange penge at bruge på en aften. Men vi vil gøre det igen på et tidspunkt, for selvom det er mange penge, så kan man ikke sige at det er dyrt med den mad, service og oplevelse man får.

Si la gastronomía fuera un viaje espacial, ¡Alchemist es una galaxia y nosotros éramos gastronautas! Desde el momento en que llegas todo es increíble. El personal de camarera trabaja un ballet de servicio entregando plato tras plato para deleitar y desafiar los sentidos. Teniendo la mesa Sommeliers tuvimos vinos excepcionales perfectamente maridados y que coinciden con nuestros gustos ya que el sumiller se pone en contacto con usted antes para preguntar sus gustos / disgustos. Todos pasan por el viaje a un ritmo de grupo individual, pasando de una habitación a otra, impresión a impresión a una velocidad que se adapta. Teníamos un asiento en primera fila para ver a la brigada preparar las impresiones iniciales en un “laboratorio” futurista con una pared de frascos de vidrio con ingredientes conservados como telón de fondo. La bodega, una sala de tres plantas de grandes cosechas sirve como paso a través del portal hacia la cúpula interior. Nuestra mesa justo dentro de las puertas nos dio la mejor vista de la cocina de servicio y todo el comedor con un “papel pintado” digital en constante cambio sobre nosotros que parecía coincidir perfectamente con nuestro ritmo de servicio. La mayoría de las impresiones se comen a mano en uno o dos bocados, la poca cubertería que había se calentó / enfrió perfectamente para que coincida con el plato presentado. Cada impresión fue explicada tanto en términos de los ingredientes como de la idea detrás de ella, pero cada uno se dejó al comensal decidir sobre la impresión final. No voy a arruinar la sorpresa y el asombro describiendo los platos, excepto para decir que esté preparado para ser sorprendido y desafiado en igual medida. Unas cuantas fotos de algunas impresiones y algo del arte digital. Esta es una experiencia gastronómica única en la vida, pero si puedes hacer que el viaje vaya.
