The most unique food experience we have ever had. Fantastic food, service and ambience. What an experience!

Calling Alchemist a "restaurant" feels like a wild understatement. For a few hours, we were completely immersed in a world of beautiful madness and we simply didn't want it to end. The food, which ranged from "simple but good" to "mindblowingly creative and delicious", was only part of the story. It’s the way each dish connected with the powerful visuals and ideas, the art, the music and the flawless service (shoutout to our amazing server... Sadly don't remember her name but she's from Mongolia). Such a privilege to have experienced Chef Rasmus Munk's vision firsthand and I hope to be able to come back one day!

Faaaaantastic! What an experience. So many impressions. So many flavors! It all took 5.5 hours. The staff were incredibly friendly. The chef himself even comes to your table to explain each dish. There's a story behind every dish. Sometimes beautifully presented, sometimes, let's just say, "unique." This restaurant is worth coming to Copenhagen just for. The photos are just an impression and can't really show the full impact. And, uh, yes, it's expensive, and they sell out pretty quickly once the booking site opens.

It's not just a restaurant but an experience of a lifetime. We will definitely try Alchemist again, thanks to the fantastic staff for a great evening.

Wild experience and Super service

Hand-down our favourite dining experience ever! From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, we did not have a single second of disappointment. We were able to secure our reservation, and booked our entire trip around it after. So expectations were high! And with high expectations, we were surprised on how it was surpassed. Our server Javi was incredible, making us feel as we were the only diners the entire evening. Hand's down the greatest server we have ever had, at any restaurant in the world!! We spent just under 7 hours, and would have stayed longer if jetlag hadn't started to creep up on us. Also each interaction with everyone else working there was incredible. The food was amazing, and so unique. Definitely haven't tried anything like it before, and thoroughly impressed with each one. Lastly is Chef Rasmus. Such a delight to speak to and the fact that we stayed around and met everyone in the lounge and took pictures was the icing on the cake. I can not recommend Alchemist enough. We will definitely plan visit again in the future!

Increbile experience, and also so provoking at the same time. Also the extra course outside of the normal experience for us was incredible and really made one of us really happy =) And you really have excellent wine cellar, especially the special white one from Auxey Duresses :)

¡Qué experiencia culinaria tan extraordinaria tuvimos en Alchemist! Realmente se sentía como un viaje de toda la vida. Chef Rasmus sin duda merece el título de mejor chef! Su creatividad e inspiración transformaron nuestra cena en algo verdaderamente especial, y no podríamos haber disfrutado más.

Oplevelse af en anden verden. Dette er ikke bare en restaurant, men en oplevelse ud over madoplevelsen. Maden var fantastisk i sig selv med en masse historier og forklaringer, men selve stedet var en oplevelse også. Og så tilføjet et stort antal tjenere med udsøgt viden og service. Det var fantastisk det hele - lidt mange penge at bruge på en aften. Men vi vil gøre det igen på et tidspunkt, for selvom det er mange penge, så kan man ikke sige at det er dyrt med den mad, service og oplevelse man får.
