⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An experience that sets the standard for gastronomy in Aalborg. The food is served at a level where each plate feels like a small work of art. The flavors are precise, the ingredients are top-notch, and each bite reveals impressive craftsmanship. The service is both professional and attentive, and you feel welcome from the first second. The atmosphere balances elegance and warmth, without becoming stiff. If Michelin stars were given solely for passion, quality, and overall experience, Alimentum would be at the top. A restaurant that you don't just visit, but remember.

If you try to serve something that everyone likes, it can quickly turn into liver pâté. That was in no way, if not absolutely no way, the case at @Alimentum. It was 16 exquisite and absolutely fantastic dishes with a wine menu that was right in the cupboard. The atmosphere and the service were world class. The one question the staff couldn't answer was investigated and returned with a top professional answer. I really hope Alimentum gets its 2nd star in June. They deserve it so much⭐️⭐️
