One of the few real bakeries, classic rolls (always fresh), even horns. The cakes are delicious and the pastry is something my family has always gone a long way for. The one time, on a very hot summer day, I brought home a cake that tasted a bit too hot, the owner was quick to immediately offer me a replacement, and otherwise I have never experienced anything but good quality.

My beloved local baker, here you won't get anything fancy or anything that just reminds of sourdough or the like. In return, you get nice service and classic pastry cakes. I would like a bit more on the cream cakes, but the pastry is so delicious. Reminds me of being home in the province again
