We were in for brunch. It was super delicious.

In the middle of idyllic Frederiksberg you will find the classic restaurant Allegade 10 – a place where tradition, atmosphere and good food go hand in hand. We stopped by for a sandwich lunch and were greeted by pleasant and efficient service from start to finish. The sandwich menu offered many delicacies, but we chose crispy plaice fillets with remoulade and lemon, a classic and tasty tartare, and warm meatballs with a creamy and well-seasoned potato salad. Everything was tasteful, nicely arranged and made with respect for the Danish lunch traditions. The atmosphere is relaxed with a touch of historical wing rustle - and that's not just a figure of speech. The restaurant is located in a building built in 1851 and has roots all the way back to 1780, which makes Allegade 10 one of Denmark's oldest restaurants. The old premises are full of history and have been a meeting point for both locals and visitors for generations. The large courtyard in front of the restaurant is really something special – green, inviting and a wonderful place to enjoy a meal in peace and quiet, with Frederiksberg's oldest street as a backdrop. Allegade 10 delivers a genuine Frederiksberg experience: classic Danish food in atmospheric and historic surroundings. We will definitely come again.

Nice food and dessert. What to expect in a traditional danish restaurant. The waitress could do better checking if the guests are doing fine or need some more to drink.

Vi havde en hyggelig aften. Maden og pris levede op til vores forventninger! Vi spiste 3 voksne og 2 børn til cirka 1000 kroner, og jeg vil sige at maden var bedre end hvad vi ofte har fået for de penge til bare 4 mange.
