Family of 4 (2 teenage girls) enjoyed a large meal at Allegade 10. This place is equally much an experience as it is a great eat. This is highly typical danish food, service and premises. If you have the chance to try out their Easter or Christmas platters you are in for a treat. Go there hungry!

Visited Allegade 10 on a lunch deal with 2 open sandwiches from the menu. It's been a long time since we've felt so welcome and had such good traditional Danish open sandwiches. Even without the deal, it's value for money. I enjoyed a warm filet of fish on toasted French bread, served with crab salad and lemon. Then I had a Paris steak with everything and French bread fried in butter. I haven't had that since I was young. The steak was probably 120g, but it was plenty when served as open sandwiches. Price without a deal DKK 149 found for that price. It was a bit busy when we came at 12. but the serving was quick and it's been a long time since we've enjoyed a lunch so much and received such excellent service. Our best recommendations.

17/06/2025: What a wonderful place in this poshy weird neighborhood! Loved the atmosphere!
15/06/2025: It was our first experience in Denmark, and we couldn't have wished for a better start. The place has a fantastic concept that we can highly recommend to anyone who appreciates genuine atmosphere and musical charm. It felt like stepping back 30 years in time – when you were still allowed to smoke indoors, and the atmosphere was intimate and authentic. We were pleasantly surprised by Signe (we hope we remember her name correctly), who dedicated a song to us – a really nice and personal gesture. The pianist and the other singers also delivered a strong and atmospheric performance. We were there on Wednesday – and we came back on Friday, it was that good! We felt very welcome and almost like regulars, even though we were the only tourists. We will definitely come back one day when we are back in Denmark.
