This is the place to go for Real and Authentic Italian food in Aalborg (Ålborg) The modern atmosphere and fragrance is all Italian. Our host was wonderful and kind. Our Pizza's were delicious and the Rispasso Red wine was delightful. Go, Eat and Enjoy! -- We have now come back for a second visit, after the review above. This visit was ever better, and we cannot praise this restaurant enough. Great food, Great atmosphere and Fantastic service. We WILL come back for more!!!

Excellent pizza. The pasta portion was on the small side for the price and eating it as a main course, so I would definitely order pizza instead.

Four of us had different pizzas and gelato, everyone enjoyed the food and experience, staff are service, everything was delightful. Cannot compare to others as it was the only one we tried in the city, but you cannot go wrong with this place.

Wow! I was here during my bikepacking adventure and was looking for a great meal for my birthday. This is really the place to be! Tasty pasta, red wine, and affogato!

16/05/2026: If you try to serve something that everyone likes, it can quickly turn into liver pâté. That was in no way, if not absolutely no way, the case at @Alimentum. It was 16 exquisite and absolutely fantastic dishes with a wine menu that was right in the cupboard. The atmosphere and the service were world class. The one question the staff couldn't answer was investigated and returned with a top professional answer. I really hope Alimentum gets its 2nd star in June. They deserve it so much⭐️⭐️
