Anchor Kerteminde

Very nice place, the cafe is beautifully situated, right on the harbor of Kerteminde.

Hi. We read the reviews before we came. We were looking forward to it... but.. We ordered food and drinks. First came the appetizer (without napkins and plates - food served on the plate), we waited, but went and got it ourselves... After came the main course - cutlery for them came later (not at the same time), as the food has started to get cold.. In the pictures the food looks nice and you want to taste it. But it is a little different than in the picture. The young people who work there need to try to learn a little more to be good. There was a table full of glasses and plates that were not cleared within 10 minutes and it does not look good. When they got the payment the waiter was supposed to clean at the same time.... Hope they do better next time.

Nice location, but the concept is peculiar. You can't really order a full dinner there, but rather individual dishes. The hamburger from my basket was good. My Anchor club sandwich was a whole lot of lettuce and a little bit of chicken and dressing. In that case, the 169 kroner (22 euros) felt very expensive.

Great location on the water, with a children’s pier right in front where they can go crabbing so perfect for parents to grab some snacks and drinks here. We had coffee and cakes, coffees were a proper portion with good value and cakes were also decent. Service was friendly.

Delicious! The burger and the rajemad were scrumptious. Sitting under the roof on the terrace was very pleasant. The dog was just as relaxed. And the view of the harbor was not to be missed.

What an absolutely fantastic experience at Anchor in Kerteminde! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. We started with the deli sharing platter, which was beautifully presented and packed with delicious, high-quality ingredients. For our mains, we enjoyed the seafood platter, burgers and wedges, and every dish was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. The desserts were just as impressive – the strawberry cheesecake and lemon meringue tart were the perfect way to finish an outstanding meal. The drinks were equally exceptional. From the refreshing beers and expertly made cocktails to one of the best espresso martinis we’ve had, everything was spot on. Outstanding food, fantastic drinks and impeccable service in a wonderful setting. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience and will definitely return the next time we’re in Kerteminde. Highly recommended!

Good and delicious! A little limited selection on the menu, but the quality is good!☺️

We sat for 45 minutes waiting for our food, when it finally came we were so hungry that we ate quickly.
