Absolutely crazy culinary experience, my taste buds were bombarded by 82847282 different nuances of different flavors. Besides that, I also got an incredible amount for my money! Casper Kofod is a legendary waiter, I have never experienced being so well received, he made sure the whole experience ran smoothly and he was also really delicious🤤

Great neighbourhood bakery in the fair area. You can see and feel the Japanese structure and influence in the building, service and flavours. Not only swimming in the CPH bakery bubble, but actually experimenting with own flavours and expressions for an authentic unique experience. The coffee is a bit on the dark roasted side and I would have wished for a bit of a tea selection, but maybe I’ve missed that?

A pastry shop with high-quality products, truly delicious and sometimes with very generous portions (sometimes even too generous!). The place is small and there's always a line, though overall it moves fairly smoothly. Prices are typical for the capital: around €4-€4.50 per piece.

18/08/2025: Definitely one of the best sushi I've had. First of all, the food was fresh and the presentation was pretty. They had the food ready at the time that was promised, which I appreciate a lot. The place is easy to find and the staff was really kind to us. Definitely recommend it. Also, the price was good given how big and tasty the pieces were. 100% coming back!

27/09/2025: Firstly, the food was really good. Executed well and delicious, and came in good time. The staff were also friendly and prompt. Let me first comment on the ‘green tax’. Its not about the money, its about the principle. Just because you choose to mandate certain requirements from suppliers which lead to extra costs, why pass it on to the customer, whether partially or not… everything is already expensive enough. The cocktail/mocktail options are pretty basic and overpriced for Copenhagen. A45 Dkk for ad libidum water is also pushing it. + no soft drink menu. Overall great food and good service, but quite expensive for items besides food.
25/09/2025: It was a really nice experience. However, it seemed like they were very busy and there were new people on site. In addition, there was a lot of upselling planned, which I have not previously experienced at restaurants at this level.
