Andersen Bakery offers an incredible selection of meticulously crafted, Japanese-inspired pastries and sandwiches. The food is truly exceptional. I tried a sandwich that had a perfect blend of cucumbers, salmon, and tomatoes, served on a wonderfully nutty black sesame bread. It was absolutely perfect. The drinks were a bit of a mixed experience. While the hot chocolate was a little too sweet for my taste, the iced lattes were great. The only real downside is the drink ordering system. You have to keep track of your place in line relative to other customers because they do not track orders by name or number when calling them out. Despite this, the quality of the food makes it well worth a visit.

The rhubarb croissant was one of the best pastries I have ever had.

Amazing cakes and delicious tea buns. We tasted 5 of the small cakes (2 adults 3 children ages 3-9) and took 2 of the large cakes home. Everything is absolutely fantastic and definitely worth the price. We can also recommend their lemonade, coffee, tea and tea buns. Delicious ingredients and sweet and skilled staff.

You absolutely must try the rhubarb croissant! It gave me the most satisfying bite of Denmark: the sweet crunch of the walnut shortbread on top, the crispness of the croissant crust, and the sweet and sour softness of the rhubarb cream filling… a perfect combination of flavor and texture! Plus, it's huge and very substantial. The cardamom roll, on the other hand, wasn't as outstanding as the rhubarb croissant. Compared to the best cardamom roll I've ever had, this one had a thick layer of syrup, making it a bit too sweet and altering the overall taste.

Excellent pastries and the best cappuccino in Copenhagen! Prices are reasonable (compared to other cafes in the city).

A lovely bakery with a cozy atmosphere, delicious pastries and desserts, excellent coffee, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Andersen Bakery is our favorite bakery. They have very nice cakes and their rolls are delicious. Service-minded employees.

Everything was perfect. Cozy atmosphere. Fantastic for a good breakfast. I loved the cinnamon roll. Delicious.

Hooray—finally a typical Danish summer in Copenhagen that’s just right for everyone! 🙃 *Today I give their croissant a clean 10 on the ten-point scale and Mr. Bubber will probably do the same! But their snickers are not quite my thing - tasty but too snazzy 😀 NB That croissant there is probably the tastiest in Copenhagen and promise me to smell it before you put your teeth into it :-) * a person whose Bubber was here, and gave the Shrove Tuesday cake a high and cheerful taste rating - me too and I give the one on the left a clean 9 at Andersen Bakery and soon my 85 year old mother will also be munching on the delicacies 😀 I had to say hello and say that not a crumb went to waste!😉 and continue to have a really good Shrove Tuesday to everyone out there until the Shrove Tuesday cake hysteria will probably soon come to an end for this year!
