Everything was exceptional. Creative, delicious food with great presentation. Incredible service, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the venue has a beautiful ambiance. We tried the juice pairings and each juice was unique and had been thoughtfully paired with the dinner offering. This was not just a lovely dinner but a memorable experience.

Very good restaurant in Copenhagen. 2 Michelin stars. Impeccable service. Excellent food with great wine pairings. Fantastic desserts!

Very nice but not worth the cost. We're not afraid to spend for excellent food, however, this was not that. We found all of Copenhagen Michelin restaurants we went to to be overrated

A lovely food journey. The seafood dishes were well prepared. I would say that 10/17 dishes were mind blowing, creative and delicious. Two were okay and the rest were quite good. The Instagram videos provided a lot of insight demonstrating how diligently the dishes were prepared.
I agree that the service was not excellent for a two star, but still a great experience overall.

The restaurant is located in the basement under a mansion in Frederiksstaden, so it has some fantastic vaults that create a classic impression. The decor is also classic with white tablecloths, which you hardly see anymore. We were greeted by smiling staff who remained professional but still relaxed and smiling for the rest of the evening. We were two guests and chose the 7-glass wine menu, one got menu 1 and the other menu 2. We did it to check the level difference - menu 2 tasted absolutely the best and then you had to settle with yourself whether you want to pay the extra. My companion was given a glass of champagne to start, of which I did not want any. This meant I had nothing to drink but water for the first 5 servings (out of 17), which we thought was a bit odd - I would have liked a glass of wine to start with. The food was really tasty, sometimes in boring presentations (for example "Raw shrimp and toast, which just looked like two crackers on top of each other, but the taste was ABSOLUTELY amazing). The dishes were well balanced, had interesting flavor combinations and/or were "cooked to perfection". However, there were a few dishes that fell a little by the wayside, for example the turbot, which was tasty but without "wow". Oysters with coriander sticks, among other things, were drowned out by an imbalance between the delicate oysters and the tough ones sticks. The wine was in full symbiosis with the food, both in menu 1 and 2. All in all, a good experience, but if you could give half stars, I would probably have given the food 4.5.

As expected, a superb dining experience. We brought my 9 year old niece, who loved more than a few of the 17 courses, and the staff were very gracious and kind. I recommend the juice pairing for adventurous non-drinkers.

This was certainly an experience, in the good sense. The food was very good and was visually stunning. This is now the 4th such restaurant that we have been to and AOC is near the top. The staff were friendly and helpful. They did a great job leading us through the courses and explaining how the wine and juice pairings went with the food and what we should be looking for. This was greatly appreciated. Most of the dishes were well thought out and hit you with multiple senses. The mix of presentation (the dish itself and the plate it was served on), taste, and texture were clearly carefully considered and it showed. We particularly liked the shrimp which really stood out. The other dishes were great but not something that I will remember forever (like the shrimp). This place is very expensive, even for a Michelin star restaurant. I also found it surprising that the chef didn't come out himself and go from table to table, but this was not a issue as his job is the food, not to schmooze the customers.
