Unforgettable dinner, wonderful and deep flavors, incredible juice pairing, lovely staff and such a creative menu. Look out for the turbot and the langoustine, among the best fish dishes I've ever had. Love! ❤️

One of Copenhagen's best restaurants and premier for special events. Impeccable service with chefs delivering and explaining each part of the tasting menu. The number of courses is almost overwhelming, but the staff allows you time to experience it. You may be here 2-4 hours and if you choose the tasting menu, have plenty of room and eat very lightly the day of your reservation. Dishes are creative and complex, with each dish arriving like a work of art. Some bites are sublime, and others take you through degrees of savory. Ancient ingredients are reimagined. We chose the wine pairing, which is 5 different wines after the champagne opener. It was an incredible experience and perfect for our anniversary. Highly recommend for memorable experience.

Best food experience in Copenhagen, ever. Perfect service.

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos el menú degustación de AOC en junio de 2025. En general, si bien era bueno, no alcanzó nuestras altas expectativas para un restaurante Michelin de 2 estrellas. El primer entrante o bocado pequeño fue la patata crujiente con huevas de vendanza. Sentimos que la patata era un poco demasiado salada. Para las “almejas de afeitar con bergamota”, sentimos que la bergamota desbordaba el sabor de las almejas. Para las “vieiras con manta y wasabi”, la porción de vieiras era posiblemente demasiado pequeña para que no hubiera sabor a vieiras. Nos gustó el entrante de camarones crudos y el de trufas. Mis platos favoritos fueron el rodaballo y el plato principal de cordero. El cordero se hizo de dos maneras; el estilo yaki era mucho mejor que el otro estilo en mi opinión. Comentario final es que lo que nos sorprendió fue el costo del agua. Eran 150 dkk por persona. A menos que se tratara de agua glacial derretida de Islandia (no había ninguna botella que nos mostrara que sugiriera que era el caso) , era muy caro para el agua del grifo. No esperar que el agua sea gratis (sí pedimos dos copas de vino) , pero 20 Euros para el agua del grifo es desorbitado. Sí, es un restaurante con estrella Michelin y el precio del menú de comida (3200 dkk por persona) refleja la calidad, preparación, habilidades de chef, etc. que no nos importó pagar, pero no creo que el agua servida fuera “agua Michelin 2 estrellas”.

An incredible dining experience, the juice pairing is unique.

Experience, food, presentation and location were great. My wife and I went with the tasting menu and 7 glass higher quality wine pairing. It was quite a bit more expensive and I am not a wine enthusiast but it absolutely added to the experience. I don't think the value of the wine added alone with worth if but more so the sommelier doing the work for us to perfectly pair with the dishes. Our favorites dishes looked almost too good to eat. Pictures would be added if google allowed it. The only people leaving a review below 5 stars is either a competitor, trying to get something free or just simple and unhappy person.

We had an incredible evening at AOC. The restaurant is in a beautiful old building, and the atmosphere is cozy but still feels high-end. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was creative and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into every plate. Some of our favorites were the langoustine and a beetroot dish that looked almost too pretty to eat. The wine pairings were spot on and really added to the whole experience. Everything from the service to the presentation was top-notch. It’s definitely a special place and worth visiting if you’re in Copenhagen and want a unique, memorable meal.
