It’s a real shame to provide a mediocre rating as it is clear there is hard work and creativity going on in the kitchen but the service from the front of house staff is really below par. When we dined there, we experienced minimal explanation of the tasting menu, dishes being served without cutlery and our wine paring being served late so we couldn’t enjoy the matched wine with the food and it seemed a little mean to not include a small dessert as part of the tasting menu. It felt like the meal came to an abrupt kinda unsatisfying end. The sommelier seemed to be trying pick up some of the slack and actually the best overall service came from the chef who brought one of our dishes to the table, but overall we felt unwelcome and couldn’t really enjoy the food.

It’s cute but I’m sure it’s more lovely during summer time. It’s quite interesting to eat our culturally daily diet in a restaurant with high prices. But worths to visit!

Just by looking at the pictures, you can see how beautiful the place is and how delicious the food looks—it’s a no-brainer. But when it comes to the service and overall experience, it was truly next level. We went there two weeks ago for a quick stop&go and to take some pictures, so we ordered a latte, a croissant (which was delicious), and a sparkling water. After waiting for 20 minutes, we went inside to check on our order. Youssef turned pale and immediately apologized for forgetting it. Within two minutes, everything was on our table. Youssef apologized again and said, ‘It’s our fault, this is on us.’ A café or restaurant isn’t just about the food; it’s also about the service and the experience. Apollo Bar, and especially Youssef, demonstrated how it should be done. A place you can’t miss in Copenhagen.

Nice atmosphere and especially nice with autumnal foliage! Staff has great t shirts, do they sell them for fans?

My best dining experience in Copenhagen. The food was divine; the atmosphere cheery and cozy; the service superlative. Charlotte was a real gem. This would be the top restaurant that I would recommend to my friends when they visit Copenhagen. Next time I hope I can meet the chef and his lovely family.

The bar is hidden in a courtyard right on Nyhavn. It's a great place to stay and escape the hustle and bustle of tourists. It was very cozy there, great location and nice service.

all the food here was so delicious and flavorful! we sat outside and the patio was beautiful! would definitely recommend for drinks and appetizers or a full dinner

We did not realize it was a meat free experience and some of the flavours tested us. However everything was home cooked, fresh and exciting. We had no idea what to expect and left healthy but needing a second meal to fill up as it was also Carb free!
