My girlfriend and I wanted to go out for a meal at the last minute,
Most of the restaurants we knew were booked, we were overcome with appetite, had never heard of it, and what a wonderful experience, fantastic food, really good service with competent waiters, and not least wonderful wine,
We have found our regular restaurant, already looking forward to the next visit.

Incredible food and service! They were able to seat us as walk-ins despite a busy night of reservations and we're very attentive with courses and cocktail service. We had an excellent time :)

Master class. We had a private event here, and it was easily one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in my life. The owner cares deeply about his dishes and wine selections, and is friendly to boot! One of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had in my life and I would happy come back here if I ever find myself in Helsingor again.
Seafood Festival Luxury Menu. Good food, good service, good music. Couldn't have been better.

I visited appetit with a friend during diningweek ‘25.
We had 5 incredibly delicious dishes that consisted of a fine mix of the innovative and the classic. The first course in particular, a rabbit taco with cardamom aioli, was one of the most delicious we have tasted in a long time.
The service was prompt, with an attentive and present waiter who was assisted by the restaurateur. At no time did we feel overlooked or forgotten.
Despite diningweek and an almost full restaurant, the atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. We didn’t wait long between dishes, and it seemed that the staff had total control over what can otherwise be a rather chaotic service when diningweek is in full swing.

I really really like this place. We went for a date and made a remark about this when creating the reservation. We got the most cozy and romantic table in the restaurant. The service was great respectful of our privacy while still attentive to our needs.
Food was excellent and exactly what we expected, wine was a perfect match.
I truly recommend Appetit.
