We have tried many different upscale vegan dining experiences, but this was on another level. This should be the standard of vegan fine dining. The service was impeccable, Kevin made us feel right at home, he was well informed, polite and attentive without being clingy, perfect! The food was exciting, and we spent 3 1/2 hours, and left comfortably full, from the perfectly filling food and from the interesting sensory experiences.
We will come back whenever we have something else to celebrate, that is for sure!

2025: this will be the first year in a long time that we don't visit ark. I will keep the 5 star rating, but we feel like the prices keep climbing, both for food and wine - while the quality stays the same - I guess that is just the way things are nowadays, but for the first time in a long time, we cannot justify spending this much money on food. Which makes us sad. We have recommended and will still recommend Ark to everyone we meet, but we won't be able to continue visiting ourselves. Thanks for many great years and we wish you continuous growth and success <3

(Visited on 2025.5.24) Celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary at Michelin Vegan Fine Dining ARK 💕 Creative, healthy and delicious course meals, the staff's in-depth explanation of ingredients, and the sophisticated atmosphere! Everything was great!! The non-alcoholic pairing drinks were also the best 🙌🏻 Two of the staff members said they had been to Korea before and one of them said he was planning to visit again soon..! 😮 (Seoul, not Tokyo? 😁 The best👍🏻)

The best culinary experience ever had before!😍 I came 2 months ago for my birthday as a gift from my partner and I couldn't have asked for better! The service is incredible and all the staff are exceptional, so attentive and observant! I'm not vegan and tend to be picky at times, but there wasn't a single dish that I didn't like❤️ Their mushrooms are particularly exquisite, and if you opt for the wine/dish pairing option you will be totally transported! I hope to have the opportunity to return there, to discover more of their magnificent creations! The experience and quality are definitely worth it!

A reason to become vegan! I am not vegan, but spent a night with two of my best friends for a spectacular dinner at this place. The staff was very kind and friendly, great presentations and amazing food. We had a blast! For me clearly a Star-Restaurant.

What an amazing experience I had this evening dining at ARK! I am pescatarian but love plant-based food and most times opt for it over fish/dairy. It’s such a struggle going to (high-end) restaurants which may offer a vegetarian menu without even understanding much of that cuisine and ingredients, turning a vegetarian menu into a bland, tasteless one. It’s also annoying to specify dietary requirements every time, especially at high-end restaurants really focused on meat. So, taking advantage of my time in Copenhagen, I figured I would seize this opportunity to dine at ARK and feel just normal. Well, I had the best experience even dining by myself. The service is top-notch, cheers to Victoria and the other employees. I feel because I was alone they accommodated and brought each course faster than they did with couples/groups. I am very grateful for that. The tasting menu was fantastic, ARK has mastered vegan cuisine for sure! A very much Japan-influenced menu, with some Mediterranean and Scandinavian touches, where ARK’s mushroom farm shines. I have enjoyed the complex and unique combinations of flavours and textures, each course showing even more how vegan food can be at the forefront of gastronomy. The green Michelin star is very deserving and I had the best dinner ever. If you’re doubting to go, honestly just do it! Thank you team for an unforgettable evening. Cheers, Patricia.

I have no problem saying that I love eating animals, and I have a certain degree of prejudice towards vegan food. But I've been to Ark more than once, and they always seem to defeat all my beliefs. Their menu is beautiful, and I have high respect for whoever can design such a flavorful and interesting menu without using 90% of the ingredients out there. Absolutely recommended, especially to people like me that think it's impossible to achieve the same level of flavor of other fine dining places without meat, butter and all the good stuff. When you have the skills and the creativity, a vegan menu can be as stunning as a non vegan one. Kudos to all of you guys at Ark!

Awesome food - particularly impressed by what they can do with their own mushrooms! We went for the wine pairing and wow some amazing selections - the sommelier was so welcoming talking us through each selection. Favourite meal I have had in Copenhagen and I have had some amazing meals here!!

Through the past few years, we’ve been to a lot of Michelin stars. Ark, with their fall/winter mushroom season has blown all other visits out of the water. Absolutely out of this world experience - and a huge thanks to Dima for the perfectly guided tour through their experience and wine menu. Wow.
