ARK has a green Michellin star 2025 and it truly is deserved. Food is exceptional, delicious and very innovative. You can taste chef caring about each dish and flavors dance in the mouth. At the end of the evening we got our menus as a gift home, and they contain forgetmenots flower seeds that we can plant in your garden next season. So sweet!

The food was truly an experience—beautifully and simply delicious, exceeding my already high expectations. Unfortunately, the service did not match the standard one would expect from a place of this caliber. A simple request to place a candle to celebrate my child birthday, on top of cake at the end of the meal was refused, which diminished the overall experience considerably.

It’s middle of July 25', sunny and hot day ,….first time im my life I come to 1 Michelin star restaurant without air conditioning . Inside the air was still and not fresh …… we left without even testing the food . Disappointment ! My second visit ..end of August 25', sunny and mild day ...the chef's incredible vegan creativity , perfect execution, friendly service. I highly recommend visiting.

We had the most amazing experience. The food in incredible, and also the attention from the personal. Of course it is expensive, but I think that for a special occasion and also you get enough food and drink with what you pay.

14/10/2025: One of the most reliably delicious bakeries in Copenhagen! Their kanelsnurre is my all time favourite, ESPECIALLY when it is fresh from the oven- the sugar caramelises in way that is addictive and perfectly balanced with the dough. I would also recommend their foccacia and madbrød which I’ve had in the past. The staff are always really nice and helpful too. My favourite way to enjoy is by taking a nice long walk through Assistens after you purchase :)

Beta Boulders Copenhagen (South)

03/10/2025: Routes? Solid. Holds? Grippy. Staff? Friendly. Vibes? Mostly good — until Planet Testosterone rolls in. I’ve climbed in many gyms, but never have I witnessed five shirtless men simultaneously parading through the bouldering area like they were auditioning for a protein powder commercial. One even bench pressed — shirtless — on shared training equipment. Four of the five couldn’t send a 5a, but hey, at least their pecs were projecting. A humble request: introduce a no-shirt policy. Chalk is for hands, not for seasoning sweaty benches. Still, great gym Edit/Answer: Doing sports shirtless is a male privilege, it’s intimating for beginners / less athletic people and spreading your sweat over a bench press is just unhygienic and disgusting. That’s why there’s a no shirt policy in different boulder gyms all over Europe… it’s surprising that there‘s such a naive response from a gym in a modern city like Copenhagen ..
