ARK København

We had a wonderful evening enjoying first-class food and super friendly service. Even if you're not vegan, it's definitely worth a visit. An absolutely outstanding experience, highly recommended!

Our desserts were VERY late, so we ended up finishing our menu after almost 4 hours. Ended up being a very long seating from 5:30 PM-9:15 PM. This is a shame, as you expect a better flow in the service when you pay a high price for the experience.

This evening was absolutely amazing in all ways; the food was extraordinary, the wine really excellent, the people were so passionate and friendly, and really made the experience éven better.

The menu with the Ark pairing (mix of wines and non alcoholics) was incredibly good. Especially the main course with Lions Mane mushroom. Exceptional service throughout the night from all there staff. Well designed experience.

Fantastic food, great staff, an all aroud great evening. Thank you so much!

Really good and tasty vegan food🌱

Fantastic evening at Ark, where the nine plant-based, tasty and very beautiful dishes together with very delicious wines deserve top marks. The atmosphere was good, and the staff was attentive and with super good service and understanding of our wishes for different wines.

The tasting menu was a good experience. Some of the dishes were quite unique, some rather basic and not very special. Flavour profiles were a bit repetitive across the courses. For me personally, 13 courses were far too many--half of it would have been sufficient. There might be better alternatives for such a high price.

Incredible experience for being our first Michelin restaurant. The staff welcomed us well, everyone greeted us and welcomed us like family to the ark. The food was inventive, delicious and inspiring. You could tell that those who created the dishes and drinks really put time and thought into it. Usually we tend to be quite picky, the type who thinks “I can do this myself” but here we were blown away by the creativity and the deep flavors that were captured so well in the dishes. We have no idea how we would recreate it but have been inspired to try new flavor combinations in our cooking!

10/10 experience. This place is a revelation!!
