15/07/2023: This place is a jungle during lunch rush. It's order or be ordered - the bagel kings and queens at the counter are moving too quickly to notice you standing there with a meek face hoping to get a cheesy chipotle baguette started! Also be prepared for a lightning round of questions about what ingredients you want on your sandwich. I was not, and it felt as though I lived an eternity between the time they asked me "what spread would you like?" and when my American brain successfully parsed the query and decided on a response. Full disclosure, I didn't even make the decision; I just nodded strongly when the employee gestured at the first thing near her hand. Similar interactions resulted from the remaining topping prompts. But I did eventually escape with bagel in hand, just in time to return for my lunch engagement.
