Aroy Dee Thai Takeaway Bornholm

A place I enjoy visiting whenever I can.

The food and service are excellent. Can only be recommended

Have had take-away several times during 2020-2021, always fast and pleasant service alongside great food in appropriate sized portions.

We had a really good experience at Aroy Dee. The food was well-prepared and tasted authentic, with nicely balanced spices. The staff were welcoming and friendly, even though it was busy, and the waiting time was very reasonable. The portions were also generous, so you won't leave hungry. We look forward to stopping by again next time we're on Bornholm ☺️ In addition, there were many interesting items on the shelves in their mini market, so we also bought some delicious things to take home 😄

As a vegetarian, it's not easy to find something to eat in restaurants on Bornholm. After 10 days of greasy veggie burgers and vegetarian pizzas, Aroy Thai Takeaway was a culinary revelation! A wide variety of Thai dishes, all made with tofu, taste great, feature fresh, crisp vegetables, and are completely reasonable (for Bornholm). Takeout or eat in the restaurant/shop is available. A must-visit if you get hungry in Rønne!

The food was incredibly delicious. Very authentic Thai food. The prices are reasonable, too. The portions are generous. Highly recommended.

We got dinner here two nights in a row! The first time, we ate there. It was a bit warm inside, so we elected to sit at a table on the street to enjoy the breeze. The second time we picked up take away. The food was good (especially liked the Pad Thai). Each night they had multiple customers but the wait to order lasted less than five minutes and it took them 5-15 minutes to cook the food. We shared one entree/plate both nights, plenty of food. The inside dining area has a few tables and a high bar facing the street. The outside dining area consisted of two or three wooden tables with umbrellas. Tables were neat and clean both inside and outside.

We are so sorry that we only visited this place on the last day of our vacation. We have never had a Thai meal with so much flavor. Large portions.
