Ordered 2 pizzas, an IOS and a THOMAS which are both pepperoni pizzas and one also has onion and beef. Super delicious pizzas with crispy bottom, talked to the owner about how he uses 4 different flours to make the dough. I ordered them for very late delivery as I had to get some logistics going. Perfect

The food tasted fantastic, the only problem is that I ordered a durum with kebab and asked to have the tomato and cucumber removed (yesterday, 24/07) because I had to take it to work today so I had something to eat. I've only now noticed that they've thrown in both tomato and cucumber. We've talked to them before about the problem where they said they should probably remember to check the notes you write when you order from, for example, Wolt, which we did. I just didn't think it was okay.

Gustav Lind Trapholt

29/11/2025: We had a lovely lunch at Gustav Lind! Due to the Christmas market at Trapholt, the restaurant was very busy, and there was therefore a bit of a wait. However, the waiters were incredibly skilled at running fast and ensuring the best possible experience for the guests. The menu was simple, the food was exquisite, and there is a lovely view from the dining area. All in all, a great experience that gets my warmest recommendations.
12/08/2025: An ideal place to have brunch in a setting with beautiful scenery, after a visit to the museum.
